這次入住期間不小心把行動電源遺忘在置物櫃裡，原本以為弄丟了，詢問櫃檯人員後才發現，飯店有協助妥善保管遺失物，最後也順利找回了行動電源！ 真的非常感謝飯店所有服務人員的細心與協助，讓人在旅途中遇到這種小插曲時，也能感受到飯店的用心與安心。非
Pros:

地理位置真的非常方便！從車站出站後直接轉個彎、上樓就到了，對於帶長輩一起旅行來說非常加分，不需要拖著行李走很遠！
而且飯店和百貨就在同一棟，購物完直接搭電梯回飯店，買再多東西也不用一路提著走，真的非常方便，完全可以直接「解放雙手」，雖然飯店與商場共用的電梯一般人都可以搭乘，但其實不用太擔心安全問題。抵達飯店大廳後，還需要使用房卡感應，才能搭乘另一部電梯前往客房樓層，住宿的安全性也有兼顧到。
整體來說，交通、購物和住宿機能都集中在一起，對自由行來說真的非常方便！

Cons:

第一天入住時，房間裡有一些異味，推測可能是冷氣或加濕器所造成的。不過向櫃檯反映後，工作人員很快就協助處理，並立即幫我們更換房間，整個處理過程相當迅速，服務態度也很好。
雖然入住時有遇到一點小狀況，但飯店能即時協助處理，這點讓人覺得很安心。
