Beautiful, contemporary hotel with great staff
Pros:

Upon arrival, the staff were very professional, polite and friendly. Definitely 4-star level. After completing checking-in, they rolled out luggage over to the elevators, taking time to fully explain facilities available to us and how to use our key card to access the elevator lobby area. Our room was spacious and beautiful. It has a very contemporary design and layout. Overall the facility was beautiful and contemporary looking. Finally, the location was great. We were traveling via the Shinkansen, so this location was great.

Pros:

위치는 구마모토역에서 바로라 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 침대가 안락했고, 방음도 잘 됐습니다. 대욕장도 청결했고 좋았습니다. 조식은 나쁘지도 않았지만, 좋지도 않은 그럭저럭이었습니다.

Cons:

환경 문제로 인해 2박에 한번씩 객실청소하는 정책은 안 좋았습니다. 솔직히 저럼하지 않은 호텔이었는데, 매일 매일 청소 안 해주는 건 투숙객 입장에선 이해는 되지만 안 좋았습니다. 휴지통과 수건 등은 매일 매일 교체했지만, 객실내 구비된 컵까지 2박에 한 번씩 교체해 주는 건 좀 아닌 듯 싶었습니다.
