A lovely hotel with exceptional courtesy in a great location for getting around.
Pros:

We liked the proximity to the train station as we were using it as a base to explore Kyushu

Cons:

We were a bit overwhelmed by the staff. So helpful and courteous but we dreaded walking past reception with them standing and greeting the whole length of the area.

Hôtel sympathique si vous avez une bonne chambre
Pros:

Hôtel très moderne, la chambre est bien décorée, le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

On m’a attribué une chambre juste au dessus de la gare de Shinkansen donc si vous êtes sensible au bruit bon courage, on entend le haut parleur murmurer pratiquement toute la nuit j’ai du dormir avec des bouchons d’oreille. C’est assez désagréable.

직원 객실 대욕장 모두 만족

Pros:

駅近くなのでアクセスが良く、部屋も広々としていてゆったり過ごせました。朝食付きで利用しましたが、アツアツのいきなり団子を食べることができ、とても美味しかったです。また受付や朝食会場のスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。

朝食は美味しいのですが、おかずの種類がもうちょっとあったら嬉しいです。

簡單來說，在車站旁邊，方便，服務也沒什麼好挑剔，就整體規劃居住感很普通。
Pros:

位置很好，但沒有期待中的高級，人員很親切，服務也不錯。

Cons:

洗衣機太少，等不到，這樣跟沒有是一樣的。樓層格局規劃很奇怪，走很久才到房間，咖啡是使用膠囊咖啡機，不懂為何不直接放房間，要走很遠還要搭電梯去喝個咖啡，規劃不佳，以這個價位的品質，應該要更好才是。

非常喜歡，無可挑剔
Pros:

位在amu plaza的九樓，有特別的電梯可直達，就在車站旁，不會淋雨就可從車站走到，方便隨時回來放東西或休息。房間寬敞舒適，有沙發區跟大片窗戶，床很好睡，浴室、馬桶、洗手槽分開，使用上方便，浴室空間還算寬敞，每晚都會附瓶裝水。飯店整體氛圍營造得很好，服務人員都很親切且英文通暢。大浴場只有室內，不過很舒服。
