Pros:

Lovely stay at the blossom. We had a beautiful view. The staff were always very present and helpful. My daughter left her stuffed animal at breakfast and they made sure to get it back to us the next mornning. The baths were lovely as well and not too busy. Very convenient that you could check the status of congestion for the baths and breakfast on the tv as well as the status of your laundry!! Breakfast was okay, nothing special but decent.

We loved that the hotel was direct connected to a shopping mall with Restaurant Options. This made traveling as a family a lot more convenient and we could est somewhere different every night instead always landing st one nearby place.

Cons:

Breakfast could have a bit more variety and often some "warm" food items, such as scrambled eggs, were completely cold

很棒的住宿環境，交通購物十分便利。
Pros:

地點佳，樓下就是百貨及車站，購物交通超級方便。房間舒適，接待人員熱情有禮，還有大浴場，很棒的住宿體驗。

Cons:

自駕時停車場標示較不清楚，第一天停到第一停車場，要走很久才能到達飯店。

Beautiful hotel conveniently located at the Kumamoto Station with nearby shopping, transportation and stunning views. Staff is friendly and courteous and the room has beautifully appointed bathroom and nice furniture.

Cons:

I was charged 1,000 yen for misplacing my room card, which I believe was a bit steep.
