Modern, classy and a lovely onsen. We like the hotel special scent.
Pros:

Very convenient location that is next to the train station and within the AMU Plaza which has many restaurants. We love the onsen and the modern facilities. Service staff are all friendly.

Hôtel parfait - nous avons adoré notre séjour
Pros:

Tout etait parfait dans cet hôtel :
- l’hôtel lui-même est magnifique avec un grand patio arboré (au 7e étage !), un salon où se reposer et profiter de très belles vues sur la ville et un onsen très agréable
- la chambre est très spacieuse, bien décorée et très confortable avec tous les équipements utiles. Le design est moderne et très japonais et nous avions une belle vue sur les montagnes. Lit très confortable, petit salon où se reposer et calme absolu
- le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Nous sommes arrivés après un long voyage avec nos vélos emballés dans des cartons et ils ont gentiment accepté de nous les stocker puis de jeter les cartons dont nous n’avions plus besoin
- consignes à bagages disponibles pour visiter la ville le jour du Check in ou Check our

Tout etait parfait l'accueil, la place dans la chambre, le onsen , le confort..

Cons:

Jai mis 9/10 car on a été surpris. On voulait rajouter le petit déjeuner mais 2750 yens c'est tres dispendieux, on a laissé faire..Les autres hôtels sont normalement autour de 1800 - 2000 yens.

highly recommended, would stay again when in Kumamoto
Pros:

very comfortable room, good size for two people, modern and clean, location above the station was excellent, also nice to be above Amu Plaza which has eating and shopping options if you don't feel like venturing too far at the end of a long travel day

the bathroom/shower size could be a little bigger, but to be honest everything was great

The staff is really helpful. Hotel is definitely worth the price. It has a public bath and well positioned right by the train station and inside the AMU plaza. You don’t need to leave the area and excellent dining and shopping is right there. The room is large enough for two
