A unique yet disappointing experience
Pros:

Location and friendly nature of the staff. Beds were comfortable. Easy checkin and out. Comp parking on site.

Cons:

A chair in the room of the standard double queens would have been really helpful. While coffee etc is is in the pantry, for the accommodation cost I would have appreciated it in the room. There is no full length mirror. Overall the ac wasn't very efficient. We felt damp the whole time and my clothes have come home in the same condition. Perhaps a hazard of this summer's temperatures. I realize that we booked at the Peach Festival time with high occupancy but I really expected a bit more service for the price of a motel room, as unique as it is!

Great home-base for a Niagara cycling adventure
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff! This is an excellent homebase for your Niagara cycling adventure. Located off the Niagara Parkway bike trails with a short ride to the Floral Clock, hiking trails at the Niagara Glen, Falls or Niagara on the Lake. There was a microwave, coffee and tea available in the pantry for guests. Breakfast at the Kent Lounge was delicious! The room was spacious with a fireplace and couch - perfect for relaxing after cycling all day.

Last minute overnight getaway, wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room and love that they use a Earth friendly products. Great location - just far enough from the crowds but close to everything. Very peacefu. Love the coffee/snack shop!!

Cons:

I have no complaints or recommendations of what to improve. Everything was great!!

Pros:

Personnel très gentil. Mon conjoint avait oublié un item dans la chambre et il a été mis de côté par le personnel pendant 24 heures avant qu'on réalise l'oubli. On a pu le récupérer facilement. On a bien apprécié.

Too much noice from just walking from room above us
Pros:

The little coffee/sandwich shop was nice. Staff was pleasant when we checked in.

Cons:

We could hear the person above us walking throughout the night. It was very loud and woke us up. Basic things like bottle water was expected, but was in the mini bar. There was no information left in room for WiFi or hotel information. They did text us the WiFi code when I reached out. Tv directory would have been nice. Micro wave was in their pantry. Nothing extra touches that we expected from the price.

Cute, clean, mid-century modern (updated) aesthetic. Great value overall.
Pros:

Great value and very cute aesthetic. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Coffee and tea were not available in each room, but rather in a shared pantry. That said, the café and bottle shop were lovely with a very nice menu and baked goods.
