Me and my husband stayed here for 4 night, we really enjoyed it.
The first night the staff gave us a room on the 2nd floor and it was a bit noisy for us as we are really light sleepers & it was right next to the main road but they quickly moved us with no hesitating to a really quiet room.
The staff are absolutely lovely, the beds are so nice, the hot bath communal area is really incredible and so relaxing. They offer free tea and coffee which I thought was brilliant. We loved everything about it. Thank you so much ;)

Nah an der U Bahn. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war toll.
Die Wände in meinem Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig. Einchecken und auschecken muss man am Apparat selber machen. Selbst fürs Frühstück, das ziemlich wenig Auswahl hatte, musste man sich ein Ticket dort ziehen. Das ist eher ein pragmatisches Businesshotel.
Great room and amenities. The location was convenient and is directly across the street from the train station. Plenty of places to eat, however, a lot of the locations do close early.

Lovely functional property that’s well located near Nijo station (literally right opposite, a 1min walk). The check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy, the provided amenities were thorough and very helpful (bottles of water, body loofas, toothbrush, hair ties, shaving cream, etc…).
The lobby was spacious ans whilst I didn’t use the breakfast or lunch, the menu looked good and very reasonable price-wise.
The hotel also had a laundry and ironing room with about 700yen for a wash and dry which got our clothes to an acceptable state.
The toilet and shower were great, really nice shower and usual high quality japanese toilet.
The room was a bit cramped and had little to no storage space beyond 5 hangars, so our clothes were just on the floor/chair/table.
部屋のシャワーは天井シャワーがありオシャレでした。また大浴場があったので、使用させてもらいました。
大浴場に入る為バスタオルをもらったが、使用感がだいぶあり気になった。
パジャマがズボンありで、ズボンのゴムが固かったので出来れば長いガウン的な物の方が私は好きだと思った。
