Pros:

Nous avons ADORÉ le poulet barbecue servi à la piscine. Ainsi que toute l'ambiance festive qui règnait au sein de l'hôtel. Nous avons ADORÉ le caractère sans contrainte du All Inclusive. On pouvait se servir plusieurs fois et à chaque fois le personnel servait avec sourire sans aucun dédain. C'était vraiment for-mi-da-ble.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le confort du lit jumeau dans notre chambre et la clim que nous n'arrivions pas à mettre en marche. C'est que le ventilateur qui fonctionnait.

Struggled to get speciality restaurants reserved even though used app on first day . Didn't like the way bar staff used house spirits when they have branded spirits I had to ask at bar and keep an eye on what they used . Never asked waiter service after first time as the brought house spirits. Wine selection very poor. No lifts in apartment blocks.

Ausser der Mangelnden Zimmer Service war unsere Aufenthalt sehr gut.
Cons:

Ab 17:00 Uhr ist der Service für jegliche Anfragen im Zimmer sehr schlecht, teilweise sogar unzumutbar.

Meine 89-jährige Schwiegermutter ist während unseres Aufenthalts gestürzt und hat sich im Gesicht verletzt. Trotz dieser Situation wurde kein Zimmerservice angeboten, um ihr das Abendessen ins Zimmer zu bringen.

An einem anderen Tag hat sie sich übergeben. Wir haben selbst einen Teil gereinigt und anschließend um neue Handtücher sowie um eine gründliche Reinigung mit Seife gebeten. Es wurden lediglich neue Handtücher gebracht, jedoch kam niemand, um die Reinigung zu Ende zu führen. Dafür 8 Tagen haben wir über 5000 CHF für 2 Pp bezahlt.

War trotzdem gut.

Service ins Zimmer. 2x haben wir hilfe gebraucht und war mangelhaft. Meine Schwiegermutter 89) hat es gebrochen wir haben teilweise geputzt, haben wir abgefragt nach reinigung und neuen Tücher es war 18:30 , Kamm jemanden bringt Ihr Tücher und gar keine hat es gewischt den boden. Es würde einfach ignoriert. Gibt's auch keine Zimmerservice nach krankenheit.
