The fact they ask for me and my wife 40 euros per hour for a late check out, and do not realize that i arrived 9 hours after my check in. The Fact i said i was a Diplomat, i will notify our local turism department for this kind of politic with no human side or understanding

Quite possibly the worst holiday of my life. Food poisoning hit on day one and didn't let go all week. The hotel wrongly charged me a no-show fee, a billing dispute that took two months to sort out. And the pool? Closed for days after human waste was found floating in it. I'll spare you the rest. Never again.

Tudo foi maravilhoso, todos os colaboradores são educados e prestativos. A grande opção de restaurantes e comida é incrível.

Cons:

O bar da piscina poderia colocar umas músicas mais agitadas e quem quiser um lugar mais silencioso poderia ir para as outras piscinas.
