Pros:

Location and calm beach. Loved it !

Cons:

It would be nice if there were more bins around the hotel. Perhaps aesthetically it’s not nice, but there’s a way to do it. Some additional dining experiences too.

Pros:

Property was great I don’t understand the reviews on here they seem unhinged. All staff were lovely, room was beautiful, impeccably clean. It’s what you’d expect of an all inclusive place—just beware of the culture you’re stepping into!

Cons:

The number of hamburgers I chose to eat…! There is nothing bad here just understand what you’re booking—a place to eat and drink a lot and hang out.

Check-in was efficient.

The beach is sandy, large, long and clean. The water is clean.

Nice garden.

The room and the bathroom are large.

Excellent choice and quality at breakfast and lunch at the poolside restaurant.

No loud music in the common areas and no loud/drunk people in the pools.

Cons:

The rooms are overall in good condition, but should be checked more often. We had ripped blackout curtain in one room, a faulty light in another.

No lifts to get to the rooms.

Restaurants are understaffed and some staff are not very friendlly.

Dinner in the main restaurant was a mess. Uncleaned tables, crowd, long queues, half-empty buffet tables.

Schoonmaak badkamer; er zit schimmel in randen douchevloer en achter wastafel. Douchekop bleef niet hangen.

beautiful beach, bar access everywhere, two swim-up bars. The room was kept clean, the staff were nice, and they even organised a local Cape Verdean band and dancers to do a mini carnival parade through the hotel.

Cons:

Food selection was limited unless you went to the on-site a la carte restaurants, and there was a breakout of food poisoning just before our arrival, yet the cleanliness standards in the food court still lacked a bit.

Nous avons ADORÉ le poulet barbecue servi à la piscine. Ainsi que toute l'ambiance festive qui règnait au sein de l'hôtel. Nous avons ADORÉ le caractère sans contrainte du All Inclusive. On pouvait se servir plusieurs fois et à chaque fois le personnel servait avec sourire sans aucun dédain. C'était vraiment for-mi-da-ble.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le confort du lit jumeau dans notre chambre et la clim que nous n'arrivions pas à mettre en marche. C'est que le ventilateur qui fonctionnait.

Shower in room amazing best ever .

Cons:

Struggled to get speciality restaurants reserved even though used app on first day . Didn't like the way bar staff used house spirits when they have branded spirits I had to ask at bar and keep an eye on what they used . Never asked waiter service after first time as the brought house spirits. Wine selection very poor. No lifts in apartment blocks.
