Cons:

Tv sem controle, trouxeram depois, ar condicionado não estava funcionando, lâmpadas queimadas. Em fim não fazem manutenção corretiva e se paga caro.

Cons:

Horário de check-in apenas 15h. Poderia ser às 14h como grande parte da rede hoteleira. Para antecipar apenas pagando meia diária.

Uma estadia confortável em Criciúma.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa e o café da manhã também é muito bom.

Cons:

O estacionamento operado por empresa terceirizada só complica a vida do hóspede para estacionar seu carro. Na verdade, tem que fazer dois check-in, um para o hotel e outro para o estacionamento. A nota fiscal nunca é enviada por e-mail e tem que ser solicitada novamente. Quando do check-out, sem o cartão de acesso ao apartamento, não se consegue pegar o elevador para o G1, onde fica o carro estacionado. É necessário então aguardar a disponibilidade do empregado da portaria para ir até o elevador, o que normalmente demora.
