Being charged £9 to park. The hotel is in an industrial estate. There’s no reason why they should be charging for parking.

Short rooms, no small shampoos/ conditioner/ no tissues / nowhere to put an open suitcase. Access to tea/ coffee crammed. All staff seemed disinterested and ‘just doin’ my job’ attitude.

A great stay for Work - easy to get to location.
Pros:

Easy to get to, with great accommodation and food that was even better than expected. The staff were always courteous and friendly, parking was conveniently just outside.

Cons:

I always like to open a window, but its a deal breaker, the rooms have air con.. so no real issue.

Fine for just one night but a few tweaks would be good:

Could have been more milk
Could have been water glasses

As the pillows were not bouncy I found them uncomfortable

(The kettle under the shelf might cause steam damage in time )

The fan in the bathroom was quite loud and ran all night

I wasn't made aware of the compulsory extra parking charge until we arrived. 😕
