Expensive car park
Staff look like visitors and act like visitors and dont pay any attention to you.
Only plus side is modern and clean.
I'll pay for just getting the basics right, and here they don't.

Pros:

It's a great place to stay and my family had a wonderful time there. The facility is new and the service is awesome! They prepare a crib for the baby and also essential cares! Also they have EV chargers available.

This was a great hotel to stay at while attending a concert at Shoreline in Mountain View. The rooms were gorgeous, the restaurant and coffee shop were great. The only thing I would call out is that there is very little privacy in the room bathroom.

The bathroom is enclosed by fogged glass with a barn style door. So if you are traveling with others, just keep in mind you can hear every single thing that happens in the bathroom. Not a deal breaker, but just want to give a heads up to those traveling with a partner or friends :)

Fun stay and great raspberry jam!
Pros:

Enjoyable stay….

Staff was kind and professional.
Place was clean and breakfast was delicious!
Their homemade raspberry jam was amazing!

The lounge and bar had a cool and relaxing vibe!

Overall a fun and enjoyable stay !

A noisy, sleepless, and frustrating experience — definitely not worth it.

I checked in at this hotel on June 25th, and around 3 PM, the front desk girl on the right side was extremely rude and had no patience. She assigned me a room with loud mechanical noise that went on all night, making it impossible to sleep.

After I reported the issue, she still refused to move me to a quiet room.
I even checked three more rooms with a technician, and all had the same problem.

This is absolutely not the level of service expected from a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing experience — I will not be returning. Not recommended.

Pros:

Didn’t get our room until two hours after check in. Kept being told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but every time we checked back in it wasn’t ready. We were told they would call when it was ready and they never called.

Everything felt very clean and it was a chic hotel. There's a coffee shop, bar and a restaurant on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. They give you a small glass of wine at check in, which is a nice touch. Parking is gated and free -definitely had peace of mind leaving our car overnight. The beds were on the softer side but still very comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean and they have a dyson hairdryer! Would definitely stay here again!
