Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable con un cuarto estilo colonial pero sin estacionamiento ni acceso en automóvil hasta la entrada del hotel.

Las habitaciones son un poco ruidosas y su wifi es muy deficiente, al grado que la TV no se ve por qué su señal de clave es vía internet.

Pero si tu estancia es para estar fuera todo el día conociendo SMA para solo llegar a dormir y bañar es muy recomendable.

We have stayed at the Hotel Mansion Virreyes many times over the years and always have had an enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean, staff is excellent and the location is perfect - close to literally everything. We love it there!

Clean room. Comfortable beds. No issues with hot water. Safe. Great location…except in sense of drop off/pickup with luggage as cars most hours are not allowed on street. Noise!!! There is music and noise from hotel restaurant but with limited hours. However, music and voices from bar next door can be heard until 2-4 am depending on day/night of the week. Wifi for guests is super weak…or nonexistent in our room. Never could get TV system to reliably work on our own due to same issue…weak signal. Staff helped one day but next day…same issues. Sewage smell often quite strong in bathroom. Room entry door hard to open from inside…no handle.

Excelente ubicación y servicio
Pros:

nosotras reservamos de 3 camas y bastante amplia, nos gustó que tenía 1 baño completo con regadera y lavabo, más otro lavabo en la recámara así que fue muy cómoda la habitación. El personal muy amable. Y la Sra Juanita de recepción muy amable y considerada con nuestras peticiones. Excelente yo sin duda volvería .

Bueno, pero...
Pros:

La recepcionista excelente persona y muy atenta.
Es necesario un aire acondicionado, el pequeño ventilador solo lanza aire caliente.
El lavatorio está tapado o taqueado.
Pero lo mejor es la excelente ubicación, sin duda.

La ubicación es excelente y el estilo del lugar es muy bonito, demasiado adhoc. Sólo tuvimos un incidente con la limpieza de una de las habitaciones y con el agua caliente, porque estaba apagado el calentador. El personal es muy amable.

Fantastic location! Very walkable to everything in this beautiful city. However, the noise from the club next door was SO LOUD and lasted until 2-3am both nights I was there (Friday and Saturday nights). Ear plugs were no match for the noise.

I loved the location, the room and overall architecture of the building, the staff. Everything was wonderful! The only thing that was difficult was that some nights the music from the bar next door went on late into the night. Otherwise it was wonderful!!

Pros:

Service is great, they were able to accommodate us with early check-in. All the staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Walking distance from downtown. This is the second time we stay at this location.

Pros:

This hotel is lovely with old stone, plants, wood beams, and right is in the center of town, 5 minute walk to the main plaza and cathedral. The staff were SO accommodating and friendly. It is definitely a place I will come back to. :)
