The building and room were very nice.
The parking sucks. The staff was great except one woman working in the early afternoon that was quite nasty. We stood waiting for about 3 minutes before she even acknowledged us then told us to hold on and proceeded to keep doing something on the computer for another few minutes. We tried to ask about early check in and without asking our names or anything she says there are lots of late checkouts today in a rude tone and said no early check in. We tried to ask about parking and she immediately said it was full and said something about street parking. If you work in hospitality at least try to pretend you like people.
The food at the bar was decent and most staff were nice at least. The shuttle driver was a sweetheart.
The room had no working heater so I was given 2 space heaters that would have been a fire hazard to leave on all night, and it was -7 outside. The bathtub was a death trap. It hadn't been washed apparently and I couldn't get out very easily, being I am disabled. I injured myself trying to get out. They switched my room after that, but the night desk girl was rude as could be the whole time. There was no hand soap or lotion in the bathroom. I got hives from whatever was making t he tub so slippery. The sheets were so scratchy as well. The room they switched me to have expo a ed sheetrock or something next to the toilet and the telephone didn't work either. They woke me up becsuse they didn't put my pre-approved late checkout on my account, but I had a email approving my request. They gave me enough points to stay one night again, but never going here, again. I never made it to breakfast because I was up almost all night dealing with everything that went wrong. I was very disappointed to say the least. I will be calling corporate due to my injuries in that bathtub.
Room was amazing
Buffet breakfast would be great
Easy access, big bathroom with lots of towels, lovely friendly staff, large room with 2 chairs.
The heater didn’t work, the lighting was too dim, the pillows were way too big, no extra blanket, phone didn’t work and the coffee maker was too small…
Good location downtown and spacious rooms!
Everything was great!
Unique hotel with a warm vibe. Clean and comfortable, with a speakeasy hidden on the first floor.
The only thing I don’t like was the open atrium which triggered my fear of heights.
Came to Omaha for a funeral. So it wasn’t the best set of circumstances to visit, but these folks made it so much better. Arrived in Omaha and wasn’t sure about how to get to the hotel so I called them. They had a driver pick me up within 15 minutes in a beautiful car that even had massage seats. The driver was so personable and friendly. The front desk folks were so personable and friendly. My room was awesome. I went down for some drinks and the bartender was so personable and friendly. This place is really a gem of Omaha. Thank you, Brittany., Monica and Gulana.
The location was great. The hotel was unique and nice-looking. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The bathrooms and rooms were clean.
No breakfast, no food, the bar/lounge was good, the rooms were ok. The heater did not work, and the staff did not help with the heat or the phone.
Stylish hotel. Beautiful room. Plenty of space. Cosy bar. Adequate gym. Walkable to many restaurants.
They do offer a vehicle to take you to the airport. It is not a shuttle. And it is not a regular schedule. It’s first come, first served. And in my case despite the evening before being told it would be no problem, the next morning the shuttle wasn’t in service. Lots of reasons to pick this hotel - the shuttle to the airport is not one of them. Use ride share.
The room was very nicely decorated, with thoughtful and stylish details. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower amazing and there was absolutely no noise in the room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and overall well organized. The entire hotel's decoration is great and its history is quite interesting. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful.
The breakfast is awful - defrosted pastry, minimal size. Such a hotel deserves to have a decent breakfast offer, or none at all instead of what is currently presented as breakfast. Everything else is perfect.
THE SPEAKEASY !! Totally unexpected and so charming! Great location..fabulous coffee shop literally next door
