フロントスタッフの接客がよかった

Cons:

チェックインがスタートしてる時間帯に
清掃スタッフが来たのでかなり嫌だった。
部屋にノックして来ないといけないのか意味がわからない。
清掃時間、最終チェックは
お客様のチェックイン前に終わらせておくのでは…
と、疑問と不快な気持ちになった。
失礼しました。と、一言で終わり理由もわからない。

朝食メニューが少なく
もう少し欲しかった

Pros:

車站一出來就看到飯店了，非常方便，可以先寄放行李後，從這裡去忠海兔子島或竹原都很方便，房間空間算大，還有沙發區，飯店的早餐也很不錯，晚餐的話，附近有商店街可用餐。

位置超正！

地點一流，出車站就見到。還有在車站跟酒店中間是巴士站，旁邊的小型超市，簡直完美結合！！

Pros:

とても清潔感がありコンセントも沢山あって
スマホの充電コードも備え付けされてて便利でした。大浴場も気持ちよかったです。
特に朝食がどれも美味しくて大満足でした。料金もリーズナブル

Cons:

メイクするにはお部屋の明かりが暗く
メイク台がないので大きな折りたたみの鏡が置いてあるのですが　それを置くテーブルと椅子の高さが合わなくて　その点だけが困りましたが　狭いスペースでお部屋を広く使うためには仕方ないのかなと思いました。

料金、部屋は最高
Pros:

JRの駅から近い。部屋が広い。朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

お客の中に感心しない客がいた。場所取りにハンカチを置いていたが、後から来た客が小生の置いていたハンカチを横に押しやって自分のトレーを置いて食事していた。朝からケンカをしたくなかったので、客にもホテルにも文句は言わなかった。小生は杖を突いていたので片手でトレーを持つため、ほかのお客さん迷惑を掛けたくなかったので、申し訳ないが場所取りをした。空席はたくさんあった。従業員は忙しそうに立ち回っていたので、小生の入室に気がついていたどうかは不明。
私が杖の音も高く歩き、隣の席に座り、ハンカチをかたずけても知らん顔。モラルの問題か。ホテルの責任ではないが。
９月に宿泊した他のホテルでは、杖の音を聞いて、従業員が手助けしてくれたが・・・。
ルートインホテルの従業員は知らん顔。少し残念。
