I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Al Salam Hotel in Jeddah, and it was truly outstanding in every way. Honestly, the hotel deserves more than five stars. Everything about it is fantastic. The hospitality is amazing, and the reception team is extremely friendly. The rooms are equipped with everything a guest might need, from snacks and coffee to an iron, a safe, and plenty of water. Plus, the furniture is modern and brand-new, and the location is just perfect.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Jeddah. It’s honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, whether in the Arab world or in Europe.


لقد كانت إقامتي في فندق كراون بلازا السلام في جدّة تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس. بصراحة، الفندق يستحق أكثر من خمس نجوم، لأن كل شيء فيه مبهر فعلاً. الضيافة ممتازة والفريق عند الاستقبال ودود جداً. الغرف مجهّزة بكل ما قد يحتاجه الضيف، من وجبات خفيفة وقهوة إلى مكواة وخزنة ومياه كافية، بالإضافة إلى الأثاث الحديث والمودرن. الموقع أيضاً ممتاز.

بكل أمانة، أنصح بهذا الفندق بشدة لأي شخص يرغب بالإقامة في جدّة. من أجمل الفنادق التي أقمت فيها سواءً في الوطن العربي أو في أوروبا.

The staff make the hotel, awesome people. Can’t believe they actually go out of their way for your needs. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend And stay there again. Not been to a hotel in Jeddah like it. I was with my mum who is disabled and they put us in a room that Had everything for her needs. They didn’t hesitate on any of our requirements. The staff are on a different level, mashallah they did go out of their way for me, every single staff member always had a smile and greeted anyone that came past. You have to try this hotel in Jeddah, it’s a diamond amongst gems.

Great location near the airport. Taxi is very expensive, they should have a shuttle. Room is very clean and well equipped. Nice welcome variety of fruits and arab dates and cookies inside the room. Room is excellent and very comfortable. Dining option is also available from the lobby area.
