It was indeed a very good stay !
*Room was very clean with clean linens
*Rest room though small but served the purpose very clean and neat
*Reduced One Star ✨ because of the breakfast, though it was good but we found a hair in masala dosa which shouldn't be the case.

It is a good property for business stay and work, staff are polite.
The hotel and rooms are clean aan tidy. It is rated too low on this platform, in my opinion. We had a good stay here. It is located outside the busy area. There is a good non veg restaurant next door with nice setting, but they don't serve breakfast.
The pillows are very hard, not comfortable at all. They should be replaced with better quality. Only non veg restaurant available. Limited choice with breakfast.
A nice little hotel that I have visited before and returned because it was what I was looking for - reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable. No bar and a veg-only restaurant, but there's a great place right next door that the staff can tell you about

Spacious, modern looking room. Prompt service from staff. Good vegetarian food with some fusion items.
The bathroom was tight compared to room size. TV did not cater to non local visitors.
Cleanness, friendly staff, tasty food. Tea was grate.
Everything was perfect on my visit.
I used the place for forty five minutes, because i had a small child and she needed rest. Family members who were to help keep the child calm from travel stress were not allowed in. Disgraceful.

It's just enough for 2 people and not spacious enough for a family of 3. (where it does not make sense for you to book 2 rooms)
Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff.
I was very disappointed with the first impression of the security staff at the time of arrival. I was waiting at the entry gate for long time due to a car was picking someone and coming from the reception area towards the entry point(wrong side) with the help of that security staff (lean, height & young guy). His attitude was really bad and he didn't provide a proper care at the time of our arrival during the rainy time and asked us to park outside in a rude way. During the time, the basement parking was available and I had to collect all my luggages from backside gate parking area. Apart from this, the overall experience was really good especially the breakfast & food was really tasty.
FYI: Please provide a proper training to that security person how to manage the guests who are coming for a stay. In my personal view, he takes care of the restaurant guest with proper umbrella, inside parking etc.
