It was decent

The breakfast is always good and the staff is always friendly.

Cons:

This hotel is my go to spot.I love their brand but the last two visits have not been so good.. This particular visit, I had to have maintenance, tighten down the toilet seat.It was sliding everywhere by the next morning i found two small roaches in the bathroom.. The room was not cleaned very well. There was trash on the floor the microwave was dirty and the blanket didn't appear to be the cleanest.

The staff is courteous, the room is spacious, the location is perfect, and the value was great.
Pros:

The location to everything. It was in walking distance. The room was very spacious.

Cons:

One of the elevators was a little slow, seemed like it may have needed some servicing.

Effortless and pleasantly surprised
Pros:

The staff. How smooth and effortless everything was. The parking lot. The complimentary freshly ground coffee machine. The complimentary apple juice and cheese danish during continental breakfast.
