The staff is courteous, the room is spacious, the location is perfect, and the value was great.
Pros:

The location to everything. It was in walking distance. The room was very spacious.

Cons:

One of the elevators was a little slow, seemed like it may have needed some servicing.

スタッフさんたちは皆さんフレンドリーでした。

Effortless and pleasantly surprised
Pros:

The staff. How smooth and effortless everything was. The parking lot. The complimentary freshly ground coffee machine. The complimentary apple juice and cheese danish during continental breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was comfortable enough but ok.
