Emplacement
The breakfast was overall good, the beds were comfortable, and the location of the accommodation was also very good.
For a 5-star hotel, we were quite disappointed with the overall level of service. We visit Japan quite often and have stayed in many different hotels, so we do have experience to compare. We are definitely not demanding guests. On the contrary, we always try to keep the room tidy and clean because we respect the work of the housekeeping staff and want to make their job as easy as possible. We care about cleanliness everywhere just as we do at home.
During our stays in Osaka and Tokyo, even 4-star hotels managed housekeeping much better than here — towels were changed daily, beds were neatly made, and missing amenities were always refilled without any issues.
Here, the room was cleaned properly and towels were replaced only on the first day after our arrival. After that, the housekeeping service became very inconsistent. Sometimes even the trash bins were not emptied, despite us placing all rubbish properly inside them. Used toothbrushes were thrown away, but no new ones were provided.
At breakfast, if you arrived after 7:30, almost everything was already empty. In the reception lobby it was very hot and stuffy because the air conditioning did not seem to be working.
One more thing surprised us — in Japan it is usually very common for hotels to offer umbrellas for guests to borrow during rainy weather. Here, that option was not available, so we had to buy our own umbrellas. In the end, we left them at the hotel as a small gift for future guests.
These are basic standards that should be expected even in a 4-star hotel, let alone a 5-star one, which is why the whole experience felt rather strange and disappointing to us.
Complimentary breakfast
We had to pay for the pool.
ロケーション最高です!そして、なんと言っても朝食が美味しいです。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。
3人で宿泊しまして、部屋は少し狭くて動きづらかったですが、viewが良い方側で良かったです。
L’emplacement
La literie n’est pas très confortable, le petit déjeuner, très limité en terme de choix et froid …
Great location. Clean rooms but fewer amenities than other hotels in Japan. Additional charge for pool but relatively cheap. Nice rooftop bar. Parking easy and well priced, lovely staff.
The pool area was beautiful and the room was clean. Breakfast is served on the 13th floor with an amazing view of the city.
The staff weren’t as friendly or helpful as other places I’ve visited in Japan. We were also charged £5 to use the pool which I found very disappointing.
Nepali staff is so friendly
Good vibes
Not so near Kokusai Dori so not too noisy and crowded about 10-15min walk, 5min walk from Yui rail station so easy access from airport. Buffet breakfast is good too.
Need to pay to use the infinity pool.
全部がよかったです!
