We’ve stayed in a lot of 3* hotels that were MUCH better than this 5*.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The staff and amenities. Also the breakfast was so-so ans extremely crowded. Food was always missing. The pool is extra paid and restricted up to 20 people, which I don’t dislike but I find it inappropriate to charge for the pool in 5*. Service overall is poor, just 2 water bottles with no restock over the stay. Definitely not 5*, barely 3*.

Started very badly but finished quite well.
Pros:

The location and breakfast, and good value for money. The drink in reception. The soap and shampoo.

Cons:

Not being able to open windows. Could not see room before checking in to make sure it was what we expected and wanted.

When we arrived we were given an extremely small room, not what we expected at all! It was like being in prison! We could not breathe!
Luckily a nice Japanese girl from reception understood that we were very very unhappy and arranged a twin room for us. we were much happier even though we had to pay extra for the twin room.

Great location, but flawed breakfast system and room details.
Pros:

Location was good, room was as advertised and comfortable. Front desk staff was quite helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is big with plenty of guests, making the breakfast area super crowded and the system for booking is not smart enough, at the end we wasted time going up to one restaurant, being told it was full (even I booked as per requested) and had to go to the other one.

The floor I stayed had a dark corridor in black and red colours, honestly it was a bit scary.

Not enough towels in the room and no place to hang the towels.

Swimming pool needs a thorough cleaning, especially guests have to pay extra to use this facility!

-走廊非常黑
-早餐安排得極之混亂，職員少，但餐枱非常多
-如果住2晚，所有東西（包括水）都要從reception取，極之不方便，建議水可以安排放房間。
-電梯要等非常之耐
-位置一般，不太方便
