No valió la pena pasar navidad en este lugar. Muy desagradable y desepciona.

Definitivamente solo la vista, porque esa playa no se puede accesar. Incluso hay que tener cuidado para llegar por que el camino es horrible, no viaje de noche para llegar a este lugar ya que tiene muchas barrancas y la calle es terracería.

Cons:

A las instalaciones no les han dado suficiente mantenimiento, hay un barandal de cristal que está por caerse. Nos quedamos en las suits más lujosas y realmente no valen la pena. Es un área peligrosa. Las albercas individuales están oxidadas igual que el puente de la alberca del Restaurante. El servicio es lento e ineficiente y con actitud sin ganas de atenderte, desde el mesero que tiene muy mala actitud , poco profesional , la chica de recepción te cobra demás en las cuentas del consumo del restaurante o bar y te dice que es parte de impuestos y que lo requiere en efectivo. La verdad se presta a muy malas prácticas de los empleados o del patrón.

I don't regret it, the place is incredible. I thought long before booking because of the negative comments. I want to clarify something, yes you are right that it is very far from everything but if you are looking for peace and relaxation you will not regret it, it is the perfect place.Second, they say that you use a dirt road and that is also correct. Maybe it is a 10-minute road, but it is not a problem if you drive carefully, you will not have any problems getting there. The staff's attention is phenomenal, the food is excellent and the cost is reasonable. Another point that the comments point out is that there is no cell phone signal and it is also correct.They have internet there and I'm not lying, some days it was very complicated to have communication from my room, but another day I spent it in the pool and in that area I never had a problem getting a signal.I repeat, if you want to rest and get away from the noise, it is a place with an incredible view and excellent for disconnecting from the world. I will not hesitate to return. One last thing, Mr. Alberto is a wonderful person.

Pros:

I liked how calm it was. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and comfy. The pools were great, and the bartender made really good drinks.

Cons:

I didn't like that the showers didn't get hot. It was only tepid water. No matter how hot it is, I enjoy a hot shower. I also didn't like the dirt road to get to the hotel. It had very steep hills that made driving up and down a little scary.

Everything is excellent, i read bad reviews and thought it wouldn't be nice, it is really good, low on staff but they are great at service, specially BETO at the dining options, great food also, good wifi, the only thing is that the last 1.5kms is a dirt road, but place is great!
