Tekrar konaklarım, çok memnun kaldım.
Pros:

Sessiz sakin, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli. Konum olarak da toplu taşımaya ve tren istasyonuna çok yakın. Konforlu.

Cons:

Daha odaya ilk girdiğimizde halının kirliliğini fark ettik. Onun dışında hijyen olarak bir sıkıntı görmedik.

Posizione struttura

Cons:

Esperienza negativa. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento ma al nostro arrivo il riscaldamento non funzionava, problema confermato anche dal personale della struttura.
Per la prima notte siamo stati spostati in una camera di livello inferiore, molto datata e in condizioni non adeguate: muri sporchi, segni evidenti di usura e un lavandino con perdita d’acqua (allego foto).
Il giorno successivo l’appartamento è stato reso disponibile, ma risultava ancora freddo e con il riscaldamento non funzionante, quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della sistemazione da noi prenotata per l’intero soggiorno.
La struttura non ha fornito una soluzione adeguata al problema, proponendo solo una colazione come compensazione l'ultimo giorno (di cui non abbiamo nemmeno potuto usufruire in quanto in partenza presto), e non proporzionata al downgrade e al disagio subito.
Anche la gestione del reclamo da parte di Booking non è stata soddisfacente: a fronte di un soggiorno non conforme, il rimborso riconosciuto è stato minimo rispetto all’importo pagato.

Pros:

La stanza aveva tutto ciò che era in descrizione. La disponibilità gratuita delle biciclette, la posizione rispetto al centro di Karlsruhe. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

Non c'era l'asciugacapelli. Forse se l'erano portato via gli ospiti precedenti...? Ad ogni modo non ne ho chiesto un altro alla reception e quindi non posso farne un appunto alla struttura.

Agréable séjour a Karlsruhe
Pros:

Très bien situé et facile de trouver tout ce dont vous avez besoin à proximité.
L’appartement était très bien équipé avec un lit très confortable

Cons:

Attention au ménage.
C’était bien mais en déplaçant le canapé pour mettre le lit bébé ailleurs. D’énormes moumoutes dessous.
Cuisine pas très propre.

Pros:

Es gibt ein Parkplätze in einer Tiefgarage & es sind sowohl Hunde als auch Katzen erlaubt.

Cons:

Bei der Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist Vorsicht geboten, insbesondere mit größeren oder breiteren Autos. Bei unserer Ankunft lag zudem Schnee, jedoch waren weder der Hof noch die Treppen zum Apartment geräumt, was mit Gepäck ziemlich gefährlich war. Vor Ort war kein Personal verfügbar, sodass wir bei Fragen – beispielsweise, ob es Frühstück im Hauptgebäude gibt oder nicht – völlig im Unklaren waren. Der im Zimmer bereitgestellte Instant-Kaffee war qualitativ sehr schwach, zudem fehlte Kaffeeweißer komplett. Das Apartment selbst war zwar großzügig und insgesamt nett eingerichtet, allerdings wirkten einige Details wenig durchdacht: Eine Stehleuchte stand in einer Ecke ohne Steckdose, und die Pendelleuchte auf einer Bettseite ist als Nachttischlampe ungeeignet, da sie nur über den großen Hauptlichtschalter ein- und ausgeschaltet werden kann.
