This was an excellent experience at this hotel Dom and Stacy at the front desk was excellent and very knowledgeable, friendly and kind! Hotel was very clean and very comfortable!

I travel a lot. And I have to say this is sincerely one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had in a stay. Greeted every morning at breakfast by a beautiful woman named Helen. My front desk agent Tati gave great recommendations. And what can I say about Lark, the restaurant that sits a top of the property. My own restaurants and I can’t believe how blown away I was by the experience, food and service. I mean, who knew that coming to a little suburban Philadelphia town for another work trip would turn into such a memory that my colleague and I haven’t stopped talking about.

Dominique is professional and AMAZING at the front desk! She helped me get checked in and explained the hotels rules. And she shared some of the culture and history of the hotel and the area to create more comfortable experience while staying here at the hotel!

I recently visited the Residence Inn for 1 night. I would like to highlight 2 individuals who were extremely welcoming and helpful. Michelle and Kira were both very approachable and extremely helpful. In the heat of a breakdown the two quickly help with calming the moment. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. We visit the area at least once a year and this is our favorite hotel so far. The front desk staff were great, breakfast was good, and always appreciative of the self-service laundry available at Residence Inn properties. The only thing I would change is to add an additional bike in the fitness center and a different layout in the living room area. When the sofa bed was out, it took up the entire floor space and limited the use of the tv stand drawers and the desk area. Also, I believe the hotel should begin giving out some type of parking pass for electric charging to ensure that only hotel guests are charging their cars onsite. However, we didn’t have a problem finding a charging spot each night.

We had a very nice stay at the property. All the staff warm and welcoming but Helen, the breakfast lady, was our favorite. Her warmth, personality, friendliness and service really elevated our experience. Thank you. Noah
