'Tired' hotel next to bus terminal
Pros:

Family run hotel, literally round the corner from bus station. Has seen better days but comfortable enough. Shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, but probably not the safest area to be out at night. 24 hour reception, key to own room. Staff extremely friendly and helpful as much as they could be. Annabell spoke perfect English. Swimming pool at back, also clean, with a few tables and chairs. Restaurant on ground floor. Despite facing a main road, it wasn't too loud. Payment by booking.com. Drinking water provided in corridor (but empty on morning of check out).
Good size bedroom, 2 large single beds (or small doubles?), bedside unit between. Storage area. Flat screen TV with streaming (eg Netflix), despite wifi issues streaming was fine so it must have been cabled in. Air-conditioning.
Large bathroom with excellent hot shower.

Cons:

Wifi/internet/network terrible in room (2nd floor), owners tried fixing & contacting Telcel, but to no avail. Better reception downstairs. The owners were very apologetic, but that didn't really help us. They did offer to move us to another room, but as it was a quick stopover, we politely declined (who wants to keep on packing/unpacking?). The wifi issue was never resolved for us, it never worked properly in the room. It must be a 'blind' spot (it was fine in the corridor).
No visible signs of recycling. Not dirty, but not clean either. Although no overly noisy (main road), there was a large dog (great dane?), kept in a small room, that barked a lot, and often.
The air-conditioning unit was very noisy. Terrible lighting in bedroom. No light switch by bed. Very few powerpoints. No bin. Not enough towel hooks and/or rails in bathroom. No shower floor mat, so water traipsed through rest of room(s). Hot water stopped mid flow during last shower of last morning.

Pros:

Propre. Grande chambre. Vraie fenêtre sur cour. L’eau est chaude et coule correctement. Personnel aimable et serviable.( lavage linge à laverie sans déplacement. J’ai eu des glaçons. Garde bagage )

Me gustó la atención, las instalaciones en general, están bien, el personal es muy atento y amable.

Cons:

el aire acondicionado que no servía, nos tuvieron que mover de cuarto, y para personas de la tercera edad, de plano no es recomendable, las instalaciones no son aptas para estás personas, lo que tampoco me gustó fue el estacionamiento, el piso muy escarpado y como llevamos silla de ruedas, no fue fácil maniobrar, el personal muy atento cuando uno sale y entra, solo la incomodidad de pasar primero a recepción y pedir que abran para entrar o salir.

Convenient stopover
Pros:

Just around the corner from the bus terminal. It was pleasant to sit by the pool and the water was a nice temperature. The pool was clean. The room was spacious. The shower stall was large and the water was hot. Drinking water was located on our floor. The hotel has a dog (a Great Dane).

Cons:

The A/C was a little noisy (but effective). The dog barked a little too much at times.

El estacionamiento temporalmente está fuera del hotel por remodelación de la calle. Le falta señalamiento para tal caso. En lo general la habitación muy amplia, cómoda y limpia.

Pros:

Property lacked upkeep run down. Other tenants very loud no respect for the privacy of others and management ignored it and said and nothing about it. I will not stay there again nor will I recommend it to my friends or family.
