Good one night stay
Pros:

Great one night stop, cheap and cheerful.
Good pub next door just a shame it doesn’t do breakfast.
Good idea to pick up tea/coffee/milk yourself so available to top up.
Register car for parking.

Nice Location for some days off between Glasgow and Edinburgh
Pros:

Good Location, former IBIS in between Glasgow and Edinburgh. The hotel needs to be renovated, and we understood it's ongoing a plan to do so. The position is very good, close to the highway and close to some retail park. We spent three nights, price was ok; since we were there only for the nights it's more than ok. Complimentary tea and lemonade on the floor.

All OK and better than I expected having read previous reviews.
Pros:

Much better than previous reviews suggested as much refurbished.

Within walking distance of a good pub meal at the Red Deer PH. Or a buffet chinese meal at the Red Dragon.

Cons:

No breakfast available, I had to buy Cravendale milk and bring my own cereals.

A vending machine would have been welcome

A place to lay your head. A little too pricey for what it offered.
Pros:

The free parking was nice and having a kettle in the room. It was truly a place to lay your head. Check in was easy though.

Cons:

The whole place smelled of dog urine. They kept the complimentary drink items in the hall and ran out of coffee.
