Enjoyed the stay overall. Would stay again, but wouldn't visit the bar if the same staff was working
Pros:

The location was great because we were attending an event at Benchmark International Arena. We were able to check in early and the front desk staff was really friendly.

Cons:

I had to go to the bar on Saturday evening (8/1) to retrieve dressings for the food was purchased at grab and go. The bartenders were terribly dismissive. One of them looked at me, but was then ushered to another customer sitting at the bar to help him first. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for one of them to come help me, and eventually gave up. I even planned to order a drink, but they both ignored me so they lost out on the tip and revenue for the hotel.

Great stay in Tampa!
Pros:

The property was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was comfortable, sofa bed was decent, not as comfortable as the bed.

All around A++
Pros:

Great staff - breakfast was great - the eggs were a little funky but by terrible - oatmeal was great , fruit and everything else was great. The smell of cooking fish when we first checked -inwas a bit overwhelming but it did go away. Valet staff was on point, smiling personable and fast. Dominick, Sasha, Draca were all super helpful. Great job Hyatt.

Pros:

Got in and went to meet friends at the bar. Great service but the best part was Wellie’s ongoing comedy every time he stopped by. Made all of our post travel settling in fabulous!

Pros:

Willy, aka Will, is the absolute bees knees. His old fashioned is to die for. I'm a fan for life. I'm actually considering moving myself to Tampa just to be within driving distance. I'm going to convince my daughter to name her first born after Will, especially if it's a girl, just to make a point.

Birthday Stay
Pros:

Room was amazing! Irie checked me in, she was so pleasant I told her it was my Birthday and she made sure that I had an excellent experience. She gave me a great room with a city and pool view! The hotel and room was flawless! Clean and comfortable the breakfast was outstanding I really enjoyed my stay and the location was convenient for me to enjoy Craft dinner cruise and the Florida Aquarium I really enjoyed my weekend thank you and all of your staff! From the valet, clerks, housekeepers and breakfast staff it was a phenomenal stay! Thank you for this memorable experience
