Great location
Pros:

Nice and convenient to Benchmark Arena for a concert. Clean and decorated nicely. Valet parking was great but a bit pricey at $45 plus tips.

Cons:

Pool was just so so, could have been cleaner.

It was very nice and the staff was wonderful and very helpful.
Pros:

I liked the deck and pool and we were on the same floor as the deck and it was very nice with a great view.

Cons:

The Breakfast!!! It was awful and the MOST DISAPPOINTING aspect of the stay/trip. Everything was frozen, instant eggs and very unsatisfying. I tried different things each morning and nothing was satisfying. Also, being blindsided with valet parking and the cost was disappointing. I should have been made aware of that upfront.

Pros:

Hotel was in a great location. It was clean and room was well appointed. But I must give 10 stars to the fellas at the valet stand! Daniel, John, Rene and Mikel are THE BEST!! Outstanding service and they are such nice guys!!

Pros:

Sonia was extremely welcoming and makes the best drinks! Great place to have a drink, especially during happy hour or before heading to the arena.

Pros:

Great location the rooms were really clean and Daniel the valet attendant was very helpful. I would highly recommend indefinite visit. Jose was great as well.

Es war alles super! Check In/out, Zimmer, Pool, Frühstück, Lage, super Personl, schön Sauber!

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre das im hauseigenen Parkhaus nur Valerparken für 45(?) Dollar möglich ist. Haben einen Parkplatz, 1 Min entfernt für 22 Dollar (Nacht) gebucht , war auch Tip/Top!

I stopped by the restaurant at the Hyatt Place Downtown Tampa to grab a bite after an early morning of travel, and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Sonia. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She took the time to recommend some of her personal favorites from the menu, checked in on how my day was going, and made real conversation while I waited for my meal.

What stood out most was how effortlessly she balanced everything. While engaging with me, she was still multitasking and assisting other guests with professionalism and care. She also made my beverage while I enjoyed it there before taking my meal to go, and the entire interaction felt so personable and refreshing.

Sonia is spectacular at what she does. Her warm and inviting presence truly made my day better, especially after traveling so early. I’m very glad to have met her and I look forward to seeing her again the next time I visit. Hyatt Place Downtown Tampa is lucky to have someone so personable, attentive, and professional representing them.
