I really liked this hotel — it was very clean and conveniently located near everything in the area. The restaurant downstairs was great, and overall, I had a very pleasant stay. My only suggestion would be to improve the morning breakfast buffet by offering a wider selection of food choices.

Very loud music and slippery restroom

Our family loved staying at the Mirage in La Piedad. Family members had recommended the hotel, and it turned out the best option for us because of its proximity to places we visited, the value, cleanliness, hotel staff friendliness, their ability to help accommodate my family and provide another room when we made the front desk staff that a slow drain was causing the shower stall to drain inappropriately. We had daily breakfast at the Amaranth restaurant located on the main floor, and the food was always fresh, delicious, and plenty of options offered to keep our family happy.

The staff there were timely with their communication reaching out to me about my reservation via WhattsApp prior to our stay. They also went out of their way to help set up a private meeting space for a sensitive business matter despite their conference room being booked and it being a last-minute request.

The house cleaning staff were super kind, thorough, honest. Despite us leaving gratuity on the night stands for their work, they did not take it on more than one occasion until we figured out that a simple message notifying them that it was their hard-earned tips helped resolve the confusion.

Our family really enjoyed the clean hotel and we will continue to patronize and recommend it to family and friends.

Hermoso hotel. Este viaje fue nuestra segunda estancia. Les recomiendo poner abanicos en los baños y tener acceso al Netflix. El servicio es excelente, nos encanta el área del bar. Regresaremos pronto.

Los baños están muy pequeños, al menos esta ocasión me toco una habitación en los numero 500 y el baño demasiado pequeño, la vez anterior no recuerdo la habitación pero estaba mejor
