Mostly good, but something missing for the price
Pros:

Nice, very large hotel. It is a beautiful building, with high ceilings. The rooms are nice, fresh, good bed and the breakfast excellent. Still, for a room costing over 220 Euro per night I was expecting a tea set/heater in the room and other amenities. A large minus for me is when the windows cannot be opened due to air quality. Nice central location, but I prefer the design district next door.

Cons:

There was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, nor phone to call to the reception. Breakfast could include some non-pork (Eg chicken) choices.

An enjoyable week's stay
Pros:

excellent choice. Well presented. Would be better if it ended at 10 AM, not 9.30 a.m.

Cons:

The tea in the room was not replaced .
The disabled room worked well. To start with the lift from the bar to the side entrance worked. I am paralysed from the neck down so need a companion to press the button for me. Halfway through our stay the lift was worked on by an engineer and after that it seemed that the weight allowances changed and we could no longer use it. We went through the garden way instead.

セントラル駅横なので、どこに行くにもトラムや地下鉄を使ってすぐ行ける。建物は赤レンガで風情があり、中は新しいので綺麗で清潔。

Cons:

今の日本人にとっては円安の為、宿泊費が決して安くない。ホテル側の責任では無いけど。

A large well designed hotel with some kinks to be worked out.
Pros:

We loved the history renovated with a modern touch. Location was perfect and room was a good size for a city location. Everything felt fresh and clean with attention to details.

Cons:

The a/c did not work in the room and there were no windows to open so it was very stuffy. We called to get it fixed and they just told us to turn the fan up. To call reception was a ridiculous task of going around in push button circles to finally reach someone after 5 minutes. The breakfast was way too crowded and felt uncomfortable but the food on offer was plentiful.
