Location, location, location in downtown Helsinki!
Pros:

Location, location, location. Perfectly situated next to the central railway station in Helsinki with easy walking access to downtown sites. The hotel is modern but has some historical character. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were ample. The staff were particularly helpful in providing directions and suggestions. It was easy to have our luggage kept and available before we could check-in and after we checked out.

Cons:

It's relatively easy to get lost in the corridors of this very large hotel so it's helpful to have a map or a very good memory! Also, the room we initially received had some airflow issues but the staff readily changed our room to a better one.
