Excellent séjour dans un hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel immense, très propre et confortable, qui donne directement à la gare centrale donc très pratique lorsqu’on utilise les transports en commun.

Cons:

Rien ou peut-être les quelques marches pour accéder à l’hôtel

駅近朝食ホスピタリティご最高でした

何より立地と朝食。
昨今の日本の都心ビジネスホテルの価格を考慮すると、とてもお得に利用できて、大満足です。
出発前に気になっていた廊下の写真ですが、アノ開かれたドアの中に各客室があります。
朝食ですっかりオーツ料理が大好きになりました。
ホテルおすすめのオートミール粥が甘くて優しいお味でしたので、レーズンなどのトッピングを加えて是非。
パンも目の前焼きたてです。
2泊しましたが、料理は品数豊富で食べ切れていません。
フロント、レストランのスタッフ皆、海外旅行不慣れな我々家族にも丁寧に感じよく対応してくれました。
ベッドの寝心地や枕も満足。
タオルの交換は基本行わない旨知らされていましたが、予想に反して、部屋は綺麗に清掃してくれていました。
メールで送られたとおりにプリチェックインすると、正規のチェックイン時間前の昼頃に部屋の用意ができたと連絡あり（追加料金ナシ）ました。
日曜日早朝到着便だったのでとても助かりました。
フロント横にチェックイン前、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれるクロークがあります。
おおらかな管理ですが、実はフロントでリモートロックをかけてくれているので、ちょっと安心です。
機械を使ったチェックインも、丁寧に説明してくれますから、心配いりません。
ヘルシンキに行くときはまた泊まりたいです。

Cons:

特に思い当たらない。
ただし、日本のホテルのように、歯ブラシやスリッパはないので、用意が必要。我が家は口コミで知って準備していたので、不便はありませんでした。

Le personnel est accueillant et agréable, et l'emplacement est excellent

Cons:

depuis que je loue une chambre dans cet hôtel, on m'attribue une chambre petite. même pas un fauteuil. juste une tablette mais le prix de la chambre ne diminue pas et avant le petit déjeuner était compris. et plus maintenant. oui, un peu déçue, étant une habituée de cet hôtel.
