Erinomainen hotelli aivan keskustassa
Pros:

Pidimme hotellista todella paljon. Hotelli on kaunis ja viihtyisä, huone oli siisti ja mukava. Sijainti aivan Helsingin keskustassa on erinomainen, ja aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen. Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin miellyttävä kokemus.

Cons:

Hotellilla ei ole omaa pysäköintialuetta. Jouduimme jättämään auton maksulliseen pysäköintihalliin melko kauas hotellista, mikä oli hieman hankalaa matkatavaroiden kanssa

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. Déjeuners de grande classe et savoureux.

Cons:

Beau sauna mais ouvre en fin d'après-midi. Ce serait bien qu'il soit ouvert à partir de midi. Très bien.

Customer service sucks
Pros:

breakfast was good

Cons:

MY room got double charged by booking.com and the hotel. Hotel promised to cancel and return to my credit card. 10 days later still have not received the money. Not acceptable
