Mooi hotel vlakbij airport en met een leuke mall direct ernaast
Pros:

Mooi hotel, kamer is netjes en mooi. Locatie is slechts half uurtje met de taxi naar airport Jakarta. Hotel ligt direct naast een leuke mall. Mall is niet heel groot, maar heeft allerlei goede restaurantjes, winkels, UNIQLO (heel voordelig hier). Ontbijt is uitgebreid en personeel in het restaurant is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Helaas werkt de haardroger in de badkamer niet.

Personnel adorable , chambres confortables et déjeuner génial
Pros:

Pas loin de l’aéroport , un centre commercial à côté , le personnel super agréable et un petit déjeuner génial

Cons:

Pas grand chose peut être que ça manque éventuellement d’un petit endroit calme où se poser un lieu chill ouvert tout le temps dans l’hôtel

Pros:

Top locatie met ingang van de mall onderaan de lobby. Ideaal voor een tussenstop en met kids. Mall heeft veel te doen voor kleine kids en voldoende eet gelegenheid.

Absoluement pas au standard du Hilton
Nous avons demandé avant notre arrivée, et à notre arrivée, une chambre calme car notre venons d'avoir un accident la veille. La réceptionniste nous a attribué une chambre juste au dessus du centre commercial où se jouait un concert ce soir là. Le bruit était insupportable les 2h suivant nous arrivée.
Au moment de dormir, imposible d'éteindre la lumière. Nous essayons d'appeler la réception, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Nous avons du descendre en pyjama pour demander de l'aide.
Un technicien est venu régler le problème de la lumière dans notre chambre. Nous étions épuisés de fatigue.
Le lendemain du petit déjeuner, nous prenons une table avec banquette. Le maire d'hôtel vient nous dire que cette table a été prise par quelqu'un d'autre. Il n'y avait absoluement personne surtout, et aucun objet personnel sur la table. Après notre mésaventure de la veille, c'était trop pour nous. Nous avons pris une autre table et n'avons toujours pas compris pourquoi la table nous avait été refusée.
Chambres petite et avec de la moquette
Piscine petite et sans aucun parasol ni aucune ombre possible
Pas de massage en chambre possible pour un couplé car une seule masseuse disponible
Une terrible expérience, trop éloignée des standards du Hilton
