Cons:

The room had no external window it opened onto the courtyard so we had to keep the blinds down for privacy. The room was very small.

El personal excelente, siempre atentos con la intención de ayudar y guiarte. Además cuenta con café-té-chocolate caliente 24/7 ideal para cuando llegas de turistear agotado a tu habitación.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama estaba un poco duro, pero no permitió que no descansara todas las noches. Las habitaciones del primer piso no tienen buena ventilación por lo que no permite que las toallas se sequen bien y no haya buena ventilación general.

Un grato espacio en la Condesa.
Pros:

Un edificio con una agradable arquitectura, excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, te reciben con un chocolate caliente de cortesía y su desayuno incluido cumple con las expectativas para iniciar el día,

Buen precio y ubicación, hotel ruidoso, habitaciones un poco incómodas.
Pros:

La ubicación y el precio están muy buenos. El desayuno estaba rico.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba tan cómoda, ni tan limpia. El personal de recepción además de ser bastante lentos, no son muy amigables. Los pasillos o balcones del hotel tienen música desde un poco antes de las 9 a.m. y hasta las 11 de la noche, y música muy muy fuerte.
