The staff was very helpful, the facilities were super cool and cozy, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, great location near everything!!

The location was exeptional!
The room was too small, very basic and without a single window. The food was basic and boring.
Breakfast included was pretty good selection, really nice neighbourhood as Condesa is very safe, modern, clean and friendly. Sauel at front desk is a fantastic person and so kind. He leant me his own personal phone charger to use.
Glass doors to hotel rooms weren’t very sound proof. Bed and bed frame quite old, made a squeaky noise getting in and out. Shower on outside had mold and room had very poor air circulation. Didn’t like lack of windows.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y tuvimos mucho calor , aunque tenía ventilador la habitación no era suficiente y tuvimos q mantener al menos un para de horas la puertas 100% abierta para que entrara aire, era incómodo porque pasaban otros huéspedes y veían hacia adentro , pero el calor era demasiado.
The staff at Hotel MX were amazing. Especially Esau & Juan who went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed & taken care of! They were so quick to respond to any requests via What’s App & always made the atmosphere so friendly.
Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable (quite flat) even after we sprung for the Queen Suite w AC. It also did not seem to be a true Queen by size US/Canadian standards. Also there was 1 day where all water ran out in the morning, which was a bit frustrating. The lack of elevator wasn’t a major issue for us but the stairs did become a bit tiring since we stayed on the 3rd floor, also there were some very narrow steps that felt dangerous!

El personal fue muy amable y el hotel estaba bien ubicado
El cuarto era muy pequeño y tenía una ventana muy pequeña también. No invita a quedarse demasiado tiempo ahí.
