La habitación muy pequeña, mucho ruido, humo de restaurante en habitacion, base de cama ruidosa, sin contactos ni apagadores cerca de cama, puerta principal de aluminio con vidrio que no aislado ni luz ni ruido.

Fassade ist super, was drin ist - extrem spartanisch und überteuert. Es sind höchstens 2 ☆/Hostel
Pros:

Die Lage und die Fassade samt Halle und Treppen sind toll, obwohl es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt, was für ältere Menschen wie mich auf 2300 Meter Höhe im 3. Stock etwas problematisch ist, vor allem when der Staff die Schlüsselkarte voreilig und Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Check-out sperrt, dann muss man die Treppen hoch und runter laufen

Cons:

Die "complimentary" Tee beutel und Kaffee befinden sich im Flur im 2 Stock und sind nicht immer da. Mal sind die Tee beutel alle, mal das Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine weg. Oder die Becher sind nicht da.
Der Staff in der Rezeption spricht zero Englisch, hier meine ich, das die Wörter Invoice, Receipt, Bill und die Zahlen von 0 bis 5 gar nicht verstanden werden, musste ich dann ins Spanische googeln.
Das Zimmer hat kaum Tageslicht, auch wenn die Sonne knallt, keine Nachtischlampen, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, beim Duschen lässt sich das Wasser zwischen sehr kalt und extrem heiß kaum einstellen.
Zusätzlich hat die Rezeption versucht bei mir den Late check out Zuschlag von ca. 25 € mehrmals doppelt zu kassieren, obwohl es im Voraus bereits bezahlt wurde. Dann endlose Diskussionen über die Rechnung via WhatsApp.
Zusätzlich braucht man fürs Frühstück ein Ticket täglich holen, dafür muss man zum Teil auch morgens mit leerem Magen Schlange stehen.

Pros:

Me gustó el lugar , el Desayuno me llegó con pan sin hornear no muy amigable pero en verdad en la descripción debería haber tenido tortillas , no quise reclamar. Un poco extraño que no tiene ventanas las habitaciones, pero bueno , es así.

Cons:

En mi reservación decía la habitación tener aire acondicionado y tenía un ventilador que no se puede regular y soplaba mucho , por ende no lo usé . Para mí el aire acondicionado en crucial. El hotel es bonito

Confortável.
Pros:

O quarto era confortável, limpo e estava em boas condições de conservação. A equipe foi bastante atenciosa.

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã muito simples. Por ser um serviço de atendimento a turistas, seria legal se a equipe estivesse mais preparada com sugestões de restaurantes, passeios e atividades.
