Great room! Very clean. Comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. No noise at night, I was able to rest well. Does not have a TV, but that's okay since it's a students' dormitory. However, the room did have hot plates and a microwave, in case you need to cook something. They only provided 2 small packets of shampoo so be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo if that's not enough.

Fräscht hotell med gym och trevliga sociala ytor. Jättebra rum med en enkelsäng och badrum per rum, avdelat med ett gemensamt kök. Perfekt om någon snarkar!

Läget var bättre än väntat. Metron, från den närliggande stationen Txurdinaga, tar dig smidigt överallt, t ex till Gamla Stan (Casco Viejo) på 7 minuter. Stor bra affär (Eroski), mysiga lokala hak och fina torg nära hotellet.

Perfecto todo

Had a good stay. Quiet area, a bit outside city Center. Buses and taxi easy accessible. Bed was rock hard. Everything Else in the room was good. Also oven and microwave.

The accommodations was advertised as having Aircon but the aircon was not working. Apparently it had been dysfunctional for quite some time.
We were told we couldnt be moved as most rooms had the same issue.
Since the weather was very warm 43 degrees in Bilbao when we arrived it was impossible to sleep in such heat.
A fan was provided but it was very weak and totally inadequate.
No effort was made to repair the Aircon and we were advised by reception to ask for a refund.
Whilst the accommodation is otherwise very good, not being able to sleep negates everything for myself and my colleague.

Some make staff were too interested in their phones and in chatting to their work colleagues rather than dealing with our queries

Experiencia fatal, llegué el lunes a medio día, regrese a las 7 de la noche y mi cuarto estaba sucio, nunca lo limpiaron. A las 10:00 de la noche me tuvieron que dar otro. La atención de recepción pésima, te dicen que no pueden a hacer nada al respecto, baños sin shampoo o jabón. Limpieza una vez a la semana Muy mala experiencia para el precio

Great location , bus stop near

Was super happy with my stay here. It was clean, and the customer service was great. The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room. The staff was helpful each time I had a question and it was easy to access the city via bus and subway. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Bilbao.

This was perfect for a short stay in Bilbao. I wished it was closer to the city areas to be more walkable but the front desk was accommodating with calling for a taxi when we needed one.

Booked this one by mistake, was supposed to be same hotel name but next to bus station. Location not very convenient. Basic room. Even though i booked 2 single rooms with sharing kitchen, no kitchen ware is provided. Not even a mug! Overpriced for what we had.

L'idée est bonne de louer des chambres d'étudiants mais il n'y a pas de savon, de produit pour faire la vaisselle, de torchon. Ce qui fait que les couverts et le faitout était dégueulasses. Pas d'assiette qu'il faut réclamer à l'accueil. Sinon le lit était confortable et le reste propre. Le quartier n'est pas terrible non plus...

We were surprised to have separate but connecting dorms. It was a brilliant setup! It was so clean, safe and comfortable.

Each of us got our own bathroom which was nice
