Cons:

Schlechter Geruch im Badezimmer, Insekten im Zimmer, unfreundliches Personal – respektloser Umgang mit Gästen

Der größte Vorteil dieser Unterkunft ist definitiv die Lage.
Zum S-Bahnhof braucht man etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß, und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist zwar in der Nähe, jedoch fahren die Bahnen nicht besonders häufig, sodass die Verkehrsanbindung nicht perfekt ist.

Viel wichtiger ist jedoch, dass ich für fast einen Monat Aufenthalt über 1.500 Euro bezahlt habe – und dafür war diese Unterkunft absolut ihr Geld nicht wert.

Während meines Aufenthalts habe ich dreimal Insekten entdeckt. Aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer kam ein starker unangenehmer Geruch, der sich sogar bis ins Schlafzimmer ausbreitete, wenn die Badezimmertür offen war. Ich habe mich darüber beschwert, aber es wurde nichts verbessert. Als ich eine Rückerstattung verlangte, wurde ich lediglich an Booking.com verwiesen – eine sehr unverantwortliche Reaktion. Nach Kontakt mit Booking.com konnte ich immerhin für eine Woche eine Rückerstattung erhalten und bin dann in eine andere Unterkunft umgezogen.

Insekten im Zimmer sind schon schlimm genug, aber die Reaktion der Unterkunft darauf war noch schlimmer. Man behauptete, es handle sich um „Frühlingsinsekten“, die in Deutschland häufig vorkommen – eine völlig unglaubwürdige Ausrede. Ich habe Freunde in Frankfurt gefragt, die schon lange dort leben, und auch sie kannten diese Insekten nicht. Auch ich habe lange in München gelebt und so etwas noch nie gesehen. Laut einer KI-Auskunft treten solche Insekten eher in unhygienischen Umgebungen auf.

Die einzige „Lösung“ war, dass eine Reinigungskraft kam. Diese klopfte nur dreimal und öffnete die Tür, bevor ich überhaupt reagieren konnte. Sie ignorierte meine Begrüßung komplett, ging direkt ins Badezimmer, trat dabei auf meinen Teppich und sprühte ohne Rücksicht Reinigungsmittel, sodass meine persönlichen Gegenstände nass wurden.

I had a problem with machine check-in, called remote assistance. they only spoke german. hung the telephone on me.
unacceptable they don't speak english, italian (being called "brera"), spanish, portuguese, french...
plus, the remote control had no batteries

Pros:

Die Lage war in Ordnung für einen Messebesuch.
Die Zimmergröße und Ausstattung waren auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war Schmutzig. Staub, riesige Spinnenweben über dem Bett. Die Kaffeetassen waren auch noch vom Vorgänger schmutzig.
Die Matratze war schon extrem durchgelegen.

Pros:

- Gut gelegen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind da. Es hat mir gefallen, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine hatte.

Cons:

- Eingangstür hatte Probleme
- Das Bett und vor allem die Kissen sind unbequem. Zudem ist es ringhörig, sodass man den Nachbar schnarchen hört. Und ja, die Batterien waren nicht mehr im TV-Controller. Schade, da die Lage toll ist
