Hervorragendes inhabergeführtes Hotel in bester Lage!
Pros:

Schon nach der Buchung kam eine E-Mail mit den Hinweisen zu Parkmöglichkeiten (wenn man es braucht) und eben den Hinweis, dass man sein Gepäck schon vorher unterstellen kann und somit den Tag der Anreise schon nutzen kann!

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum ZOB und natürlich der Altstadt ist perfekt für eine Städtetour, der nächste Biergarten mit selbstgebrauten Bier und guter fränkischer Küche ist einmal über die Straße laufen entfernt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sehr geräumig mit großen Bad, Klimaanlage und Sonnenrollos für die großen Fenster und es gab kostenloses Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer, das täglich aufgefüllt wurde!
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist mehr als ausreichend und vielfältig, das Brot und die Semmeln sind von lokalen Bäckereien und keine TK-Ware wie in vielen Kettenhotels mittlerweile üblich!
Trotz Innenstadtlage war es absolut ruhig im Hotel und auch die anderen Hotelgäste haben keine Partys veranstaltet!

Cons:

Wir hatten auf frische regionale Erdbeeren beim Frühstück spekuliert, da diese ja gerade Saison haben, leider gab es nur Wassermelone und frischen Obstsalat aus "exotischen" Früchten! Der Filterkaffee war nicht besonders und der Cappuccino aus dem Automaten auch eher dünn!

Lovely, if a bit warm, room in a great location in Bamberg.
Pros:

Location, staff, view, service, room size.

Cons:

Germans don’t turn on their air conditioning power in May and there was a heat wave, mid 80’s. So, we opened the big windows which allowed a lot of street noise. We ditched their heavy comforters and bought some summer comforters at a nearby bedding store. That was the only discomfort we experienced.

Cons:

Durch zentrale Lage tagsüber viel Busverkehr (Haltestelle), ab 22.00 h aber ruhig.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, leider wurde ab 9:30 schon. Zimmer sehr schön. Lage zentral, alles zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Cons:

ab 9:30 wurde das Frühstuecksbuffet aufgeräumt und es gab keine Croissant mehr. Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr
