Très satisfaisant , personnel très gentil et hôtel très bien situé .
Pros:

Les prises pour chaque lit , la lumière , la télé .La propreté de la chambre et l’odeur du hall d’accueil : vraiment très agréable .
Les chambres sont au calme et nous avons très bien dormi .

Cons:

Le système de chauffage et d’aération dans la chambre , plutôt bruyant et impossible à régler . À l’accueil , le personnel adorable a augmenté la température dans notre chambre à distance .

Disappointing
Pros:

Excellent location. Comfortable room/hote;

Cons:

1) On arrival we were given a key card for a room which was already occupied. We had to go back to reception, get another key card and move all the luggage to another floor. We were kindly offered a drink as compensation and that would have been acceptable, if there were no other complaints.
2) Parking very difficult with getting garage door open for entry and exit. We had to go back to reception every time to sort out this problem. Not very amenable night porter.
2) On the second day, the room was not cleaned nor the beds made. We complained to reception that we found this very poor for an IHG hotel, of which we have been members since 1998.

Cons:

Design of bedroom not optimal. We add just been on a cruise ship with less square feet but more room for suitcases, hanging clothes, draws. There were no drawers.

O facto de ser possível fazer o trajecto a pé por estar perto da Estação Central e da Grand Place. Também existe uma estação de metro próxima.

Cons:

O facto de ter duas camas pequenas e de não ser feito a arrumação diária do quarto, tive que solicitar junto da recepção que o fizessem.

Un bon séjour malgré cet inconvénient. L'accueil était parfait.
Pros:

Nous avons été satisfaite de la chambre ,du personnel à l'accueil et du petit déjeuner mais aucun ménage pendant 3 jours,c'est trop long. Pas de poubelle vidée, ni d'aspirateur passé, vu le prix demandé,ce n' est pas agréable,.il devrait y avoir un service de nettoyage tous les 2 jours.

Cons:

L'entretien des chambres,notamment ,il y a des tasses non lavées pendant 4 jours,trop long. Le reste st dit plus haut

La limpieza. La hacen cada tres dias y no avisan en el check-in. Cuando reclamas te dicen que hay un papel en la habitación que lo pone, por cierto muy confuso. Las habitaciones con moqueta, mucho polvo.
