Nice hotel with great breakfast, employees should focus on customer service

The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I requested extra towels because I would be arriving late. I received a message confirming I would get extra towels. I did not get extra towels. I called and the front desk. She stated that I would need to go to the front desk to get towels.

The refrigerator had hair in it when I arrived. The shower also had hair in it.

Quick, easy, affordable.

Very nice room and breakfast.

Cons:

Parking wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible. If you get there late you have to park across a street that isn’t a bad walk from the lobby.

We will definitely be back!
Pros:

This was by far the best selection and quality of a free breakfast in a hotel. Very impressed, and the staff was on hand to replenish and keep tidy. There was a large crowd of people eating at once, and we had ample seating and food for everyone.
