Worked for a short stay and didn’t spend much time in the room. Anna Maria Island was beautifull.
Pros:

Clean, location to town & beach very good. Place was very minimalistic. Good for 2 people to stay no more. AC leaked and maintenance came immediately. Private pool but it needed cleaning. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Price way too expensive for what you get. No closet to hang clothes. No kitchen sink even to get water. No toaster or microwave. AC leaked all over my suitcase. Basically small living area, nice bathroom and bedroom.

Pros:

The property is clean It’s spacious and conveniently located to Bridge Street and beaches.

Cons:

I think the housekeeping staff could’ve done a little better job, replacing towels, and cleaning up during our stay

Location right across the street from the Gulf of America, comfortable furnishings, friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful location
Pros:

The pool and hot pool was lovely . It was a very relaxed area. There are only 4 rooms in the complex so we mostly had the pool to ourselves. The rooms are modern , comfortable and very spacious. A 2 minute walk from the beautiful beach.

Cons:

Coffee and coffee making facilities were provided but no tea or kettle for the non coffee drinkers.
Had paid in full in advance but on the day of checkin asked to phone to provide a credit card for bond. This is fine but we use an esim in our phone which is only data so no phone calls. I messaged them a number of times to ask them to whatsap me but they did not respond. There are no staff at the property luckily another guest was there at the se time so used there phone. They only release key code to enter property if you phone them. On tge day.

I'd go again and stay there.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. The location was great. The traffic was terrible.

No microwave, utensils, or sink outside the bathroom.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights, well kept. Do not recommend for longer stays, no kitchen
Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. No microwave. Walls are paper thin and sometimes can hear the neighbors. The air conditioner makes a noise every 5-10 minutes making it hard to get a good nights sleep.

Bellissimo!
Pros:

La posizione è davvero azzeccata. Praticamente sulla spiaggia.
La camera ristrutturata finemente, spaziosa e molto molto bella con tutto ciò che serve per la colazione. Bella anche la piscina.
