Из плюсов это довольно просторный номер. Пожалуй все.

Cons:

Антисанитария!!! На стенах плесень,в ванной плесень, под креслом бычки и мусор. Белье постельное не меняется!!!

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. While the bathroom was modern, clean, and appeared to have been recently renovated, the rest of the room was very worn down. The carpets were heavily stained, and the room did not match the photos shown online.

The room was reasonably clean on the surface, but it clearly needed a much more thorough deep cleaning. There was a noticeable musty smell, along with a lingering odor of old cigarette smoke, which made the room feel unpleasant.

We stayed in the room for a few hours after checking in but decided not to spend the night because of the smell and because the location did not suit us—we realized we wanted to stay closer to the city center and moved to another hotel.

The staff were polite and friendly, and they assured us that we would be refunded for two of the three nights since we chose not to stay. Unfortunately, that refund was never processed through Booking.com as promised.

Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The hotel had an elevator, and was near alot of food spots.

Cons:

The elevator was extremely small, and the free breakfast was only toast and cereal. The room key powered the entire room, so every time we left, the refrigerator would put off, and we would return to a hot room. The bathroom floor was also dirty and not well cleaned around the tub. Towels provided were small sized.

It was a pleasant stay, the place is 10-15 mins walk to nearest subway access

Pros:

BTSのライブでかなりどこのホテルも価格が上がっていたが、直前割で価格が下がったタイミングで予約したので、安く泊まれた。
アクセスはいい
個人的に観光地に近くなく、ローカルが味わえたのがよかった

Cons:

タオルの補充がされない
2人で予約しているのにスリッパは１つ
水回りは全体的に清潔感がない

Cons:

Das Hotel war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat mich enttäuscht. Für den gezahlten Preis wurden die Leistungen und der Zustand der Unterkunft meinen Erwartungen nicht gerecht. Im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Hotels in der Umgebung erscheint der Preis deutlich zu hoch. Es war der Zeitraum der BTS Konzerte, danach wurde der Preis wieder anhepasst. Der unterschied der Differenz für die gleiche Zeitspanne lag bei 500.000 kwon. Ich würde aufgrund des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses nicht erneut buchen.

部屋、ベット申し分ない。

Cons:

所在地の表示が最悪。利用の少ないKORAiL華明駅からのもので地下鉄華明駅からは徒歩20分もかかる
前日タクシーの手配は了解されていたが翌朝、手配されていなかった。

방에서 담배냄새가 많이 났어요. 조식이라고 표현했지만 딸랑 식빵 한조각에 딸기잼. 우유, 물. 커피. 시리얼 2가지 있었지만 종이컵에 먹어야 한다니... 그 흔한 계란 하나도 없는데 이걸 조식이라 표현한건 너무 심했어요.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Yet, remains conveniently accessible with Hwamyeong Subway Station just a short walk away.

It is an excellent choice for travellers who prefer staying away from the busy tourist districts while still enjoying easy access to the city. The location is also relatively close to Gimhae Airport.

Cons:

The major attractions such as Haeundae, Gwangalli, Seomyeon, Nampo, and Busan Station are some distance away. So, travel times by public transport can be longer.
