Overall good experience, but small rooms and no ice anywhere to be found.
Pros:

The room was clean and nice and comfy, although it was a little bit small. Pretty close to everything I needed in Essen, and no complaints in that regard.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room, which I understand isn't always the case. But there were no microwave, hot water for my tea/oatmeal or ice **anywhere** available for me in the building, and the staff was not very accommodating. So the hospitality was lacking, in my opinion. Burger King Next Door was also out of ice, so I drank my warm wine over the weekend. Not very appetizing.

La relación calidad precio, económico.

Cons:

A partir de las 12 no hay nadie en recepción, hay tres máquinas para hacer self check in, de las cuales dos no funcionan.
Las almohadas son MUY incómodas, la limpieza de las habitaciones escasa.
De la máquina dispensadora hay productos que no sales y tampoco te devuelven el dinero, en una de las habitaciones el aire acondicionado no enfría.
El personal de recepción bastante borde.

Gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte, jedoch mit Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Lage, sauberes Zimmer, gutes WLan

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde im Vorfeld hochgelobt, ist jedoch "normaler" Standard. Rührei sucht man vergebens. Gekochte Eier kommen dann, wenn die zuständige Dame ihr privates Telefonat erledigt hat und man selbst gehen muss. Ob das dem doch stattlichen Preis rechtfertigt, wage ich zu bezweifeln.
