Good for stay when you travel for work
Pros:

Checkin process quick and smooth. Cleanliness of common spaces and welcoming environment from the beginning. Fair breakfast choice. Fair mattress quality. Quiet room even if it was a carpark view with fast food. Bedsheet and linens very clean.

Cons:

Carton glasses missing in the bathroom, and the floor was poorly vacuumed. It was super easy to find hairs and hair on the carpet. Not something I was expecting from B&B.

Sicherheit!?Sauberkeit!?

Das Frühstück war für das Hotel überraschend

Cons:

Der Empfang der Mitarbeiter war nicht besonders freundlich, da sie genervt rüber kamen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig, da Schimmel im Bad vorhanden war sowie der Teppich komplett verdreckt und klebrig war. Das Zimmer hat muffig gerochen. Wir hatten ein 3 - Bett Zimmer gebucht l, da dort die Klimaanlage nicht funktionstüchtig war, wurden wir in ein Zweibettzimmer untergebracht ( Anmerkung: zu dritt, zwei Erwachsene und ein Säugling) dementsprechend war es sehr eng für uns gewesen. Hätte ich am Morgen nicht das einer Erstattung des Preises nachgefragt, hätte man den Preis des Dreibettzimmers behalten und somit mehr Profit gemacht. Die Sicherheit lässt auch zu Wünschen übrig. Am Empfang hieß es das ab 22:00Uhr ein Code benötigt wird, allerdings war das Hotel ab 22:00Uhr durchgehend offen und es konnte somit jeder Beliebige reinspazieren.

This. Was one of the worst travel experiences i have ever had.
Upon arrival, we were unable to check in because nobody was available and the self check in machine didn’t find my reservation. We called the hotel more often but our calls went unanswered and the telephone numbers were not available. After that, we contacted Booking.com customer support and were assured that an alternative accommodation would be arranged for us. Unfortunately this never happened.
After a long exhausting trip, we were left stranded with nowhere to stay and were forced to spend the night sleeping in our car. This situation was completely unacceptable and caused us significant stress, discomfort, pain and frustration.
I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of support, communication, accountability from both the hotel and the assistance provided through Booking.com. A confirmed reservation should never result in guests being left without accommodation in the middle of the night.
I strongly urge Booking.com to investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that no other travelers have to endure such unacceptable experience.
