Heiß und Schwitzig ohne Kommunikation durch Manager/Support.

Ein gutes Bett.

Cons:

Es wird ein klimatisiertes Zimmer angeboten. Nun ist die Klimaanlage defekt wie es sich nach der Ankunft herausstellt. Zitat der Mitarbeiterin: „Die Klimaanlage geht bei allen nicht“. Ok, warum wird das bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt? Kommunikation mit Support ist null gegeben.

Pros:

Es war relativ ruhig in der Nacht, die Betten war bequem, das Zimmer war zwar relativ eng und klein aber ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut da man zu Fuß fast überall hinkommt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat ekelig gestunken und war nicht zu 100% sauber, die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert wir sind im zimmer bei der Wärme fast eingegangen. Der Haar Föhn der im Zimmer vorhanden war, war extrem dreckig und klebrig, als wenn der Jahre nicht mehr gereinigt worden ist. Das Zimmer wurde anscheinend nach dem vorherigen Gästen nicht richtig gereinigt unter dem Bett haben wir eine Pfandflasche gefunden, die keinem von uns gehörte.
