Ok stay for a weekend
Pros:

The location was very good, 3 metro stops from city center, a 16 minute walk from the train station.
They offered us an umbrella for a 10 euro deposit when it was raining.

Cons:

The room was not very clean.
They charged me 12 Euro more as "VAT" but that is not mentioned anywhere when you book
