Potevano avvisare che era in ristrutturazione invece di vendere le camere ugualmente

L'hotel era in ristrutturazione e non siamo stati avvisati, non c'era la possibilità di fare colazione in Hotel e nemmeno di prendere una bottiglia d'acqua perchè i distributori erano spenti

The location was good, the room was small but clean, but there was nothing to drink.

It was clean and the location was good.

Cons:

Because there are renovations in the lobby, you have to walk through the construction site to take the elevator, and the hotel continues to take reservations during the renovation process. Also, there's a bad smell coming from the drains.

Leider wurde während der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Hotel eine Baustelle. Der Preis war dafür unangemessen zu hoch und ich hätte die Buchung nicht durchgeführt.

Cons:

Zugewiesenes Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Gebrauchte Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Zimmer wurde umgebucht. Code passte nicht zum Zimmer, ärgerlich bei später Rückkehr ins Hotel. Notrufnummer konnte helfen, kein Ansprechpartner im Hotel.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and there is a good bar

Cons:

I explained the administrator that I wish a room on the top floor as I wished to sleep well. The hotel was empty that day, just several visitors, but nevertheless the administrator gave me a room on the 1st floor with a neighbour upstairs. The neighbour was loud all the night. In 2 days I came to the hotel as well and asked the same, but the situation repeated. Why the administrator did it, I don’t know. I am very upset and will not return to the hotel any more.
