Dårlig service og alt for sen indtjekning

Der var to på værelset og sengene fine at sove i.

Cons:

Der er ifølge bookingen indtjekning fra kl. 15, men da vi ankom kl. 19.15, var værelset stadig ikke klart. Vi havde ikke fået besked herom og eftersom der var gratis afbestilling, kunne det have været en fin gestus at give besked. Vi havde virkelig brug for værelset efter 12 timers køretur og at finde et andet hotel på det tidspunkt var derfor ikke en mulighed. Vi blev ikke kompenseret for den meget senere indtjekning, ligesom personalet gav indtryk af at være upåvirket af situationen. Vi har skrevet en mail til bbhotels, da vi ville give dem mulighed for at “rette op” inden vi sendte en lidt ærgerlig anmeldelse, men den har de valgt ikke at svare på. Virkelig ringe.

Hotel vor Flug
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage zum Flughafen perfekt, alles was man benötigt für eine Nacht bietet dieses Hotel, einfach aber alles sauber. Frühstück auch ausreichend.

Teil des Personal scheint persönliche Favorites unter den Gästen zu haben (subjektiver Eindruck). Daher bin ich etwas gekränkt (Eindruck von Infragestellung persönlicher Status/ männliche Attraktivität) auf ein anderes Hotel ausgewichen
