Slow service in restaurant in evening although food good.
Breakfast had good selection although plates were cold for hot selection and as my first visit would have been helpful to be directed to egg station first as by time my egg was ready, rest of food was cold.

Not going back.
Pros:

The breakfast was fair, even though I was made to pay for it separately upon check-in and then made to wait when I came for breakfast while the lady called front desk to confirm whether I had paid after I said that I had. Then when I was at the egg station, I was asked again by another lady whether I had paid. Baffling. Then when I chose not to eat breakfast on Sunday and there was a positive credit on my account, the lady at the front desk said that the was no way to refund me unless I came back to the hotel and redeemed the credit for breakfast.

Cons:

This establishment is spit into two. One is a hotel and the other is not. I did not know that there was a difference and I was not informed nor offered the choice when booking. Staff is poorly trained and the room was tiny with no glassware or fridge. The phone did not work even after I had asked them to fix it and was told to fetch my own ice and glassware from the bar, at a charge. Needless to say I will not be going back.

It was nice and beautiful. I literally enjoyed my stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the cleanliness and the hospitality.

Cons:

The drinking water in the rooms was not clean. When i drank it tasted like pure tap water, it even had sediments.
