The staff were warm, friendly, professional and always willing to assist. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was fresh, delicious and appetising. Overall, the hotel provided excellent service and a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Cons:

The room could benefit from having a mini bar fridge. Also, the air freshener was a bit too strong and it would be better if a lighter fragrance were used or if the room was aired out before guests arrive. I struggled to sleep had to open the windows just to allow air in the room.
