Loved the view from the room, overlooking Umhlanga, Oceans Mall, and the ocean. The bathroom was stunning too, with an ocean view from the tub. Everything was spotless with a fresh, welcoming scent throughout, and the staff were warm and friendly.
On two mornings, we were asked to pay for breakfast even though it was included in our room booking. We understood the first instance as an oversight, but for the same mistake to happen again the next day was disappointing. It would also have been a nice touch to have a smart TV in the room.

Great location, amazing views !
We ordered in-room dining at 21.20 . They delivered the food and we noticed that the fried chips was missing. We told the lady who delivered it and she said she would bring it . She never came back nor did they inform us of what happened to our chips.

From patking to your room is a misdion and had to cart heavy bags.

One of the noiseist hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms that face the road feel like you livign on a race track - all the locals think it's a race way to try show off their ultra loud exhaust pipes in. Aircon in the room tried to be as noisy as the cars outside and did not work properly.
