Cons:

I stayed at the hotel from the 30th Jan to the 3rd Feb (through a group booking). That stay was good and registration fairly seamless. The challenge came as one guest arrived a day later and the system could not locate her booking resulting in her having to pay again. That was soon rectified but is a flaw in the system.

Dinner was a bit of a challenge for 10 of us. Staff nice enough and accommodating, but the service was extremely slow and not well co-ordinated.

On my 2nd stay (6-7th Feb) the room we were given wasn't what we asked for (we requested a twin and were given a king room) staff helpfully moved us but to a room where the air con wasn't effective and there was no fridge. It was very hot in Durban and made our night uncomfortable.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Gute Lage. Leicht aus allen Richtungen zu erreichen.

Cons:

Während des Tages relativ laut da nahe an Durgangsstrasse. Service im Restaurant beim Abendessen sehr langsam.

All was good..location was perfect for everything.

Cons:

I had chipped side tables,My TV remote did jot work properly,it had issues..the fact that I could not do Christmas lunch at the hotel but I had a booking there....
