Pros:

Location. Proximity to the beach as well as Umhlanga Gateway.

Cons:

The room was not sea-facing it was facing the streets. Not a big downside but would have been nice to have a sea-facing room as we’ve stayed at the opposite hotel before and we booked here hoping for a sea-facing room.

Location is good and rooms are spacious.

Cons:

A breakfast table was allocated to us, and we ordered coffee while enjoying a cheese plate. As we waited for our omelettes to be prepared, our table was cleared without our knowledge, including our room key card, and other guests were seated there.
No one could explain why our table had been cleared. I was extremely concerned because our room number was written on the key card, and all of our valuables were in the room. After quite some time, the key card was eventually returned to us, but no explanation was provided regarding what had happened.
The staff appeared indifferent throughout the incident, giving the impression that this may not have been an isolated occurrence. This experience was both stressful and disappointing and fell well below the standard of service we expected.

It is a great facility, there was just a few things that I was very disappointed in.
Pros:

The overall appearance of the hotel was very good. The staff was friendly Hotel was clean

Cons:

The Wi-fi was very poor I was unable to connect to my laptop.

Furniture is damaged (The study desk?)

I had dinner and the lamb shank was not good, It tasted as if it was an old lamb shank that was just heated up.
