Pros:

I booked a hotel with a window, paid, but they gave me a room without a window, and the sink was installed very close to the bed. The room was not as described, and they refused to refund me

Pros:

clean, friendly staff, nearby basic grocery, f&b.

Cons:

Noise of doors, room facing backlane that is workshop. High rise construction is very active at this time.

Pros:

Room was very new and clean. Many eateries within walking distance with ample of paid parking lots. Very satisfied with the water pressure too. Can't complain with this price point.

Soundproofing can be improved.
