Pros:

Liked the room and the location. The hotel staff was good. It was a person at the front desk that I took issue with. Didn't have the correct reservation and gave me the wron room,initially. Made me feel like I didn't know what room I reserved. It was eventually straightened out by another individual at the front desk. After the stay,I received an email receipt with extra room charges and taxes. The matter was eventually resolved and the extra charges were refunded after I contacted Marriott Bonvoy concerning the charges.

Pros:

The room was large and offered everything we needed and more; stove, microwave, dishes, full size refrigerator/freezer. The staff was amazing; EVERY staff member we saw always spoke and with a smile.

Nice and new. Breakfast food was pretty good. Coffee was tolerable - a high compliment for hotel coffee because I am picky. Nice lobby areas for breakfast or hanging out.

5 Star Comfort w/o a 5 Star Price
Pros:

TownePlace was top notch for someone looking for a stress-free comfortable place to sleep. The hotel is modern and clean as are the rooms. Even the TV remote was clean under a blacklight, a first for me. I work long days and only need a room to sleep with stable internet to keep up to date with work and family, and TownePlace exceeded all expectations. All that and the price was comparable to most entry level (not bargain) hotels. Also, the staff were as kind and helpful as one can be.
