The facilities were nice. It was close to most of the places I was shopping at so it was convenient.
Pros:

Well, when I came down to the lobby for breakfast, all I saw was oatmeal and some oatmeal fixings. I ate that that was good. I thought wow this must be a really healthy place.

Cons:

The same as above, it’s about breakfast what I didn’t like is that nobody told me how I could order food for breakfast and there was a menu I could scan using my phone sitting at the table. None of that was told to me by the person who checked me in so I had what they had out which was the oatmeal which wasn’t bad but I definitely would’ve liked to order a breakfast if I knew that was available to me so basically what I didn’t like is the proper communication about breakfast and how it works

traumatic and surprising
Pros:

my daughter and son in law along with my grandson were given keys yo a room. when they walked in there was a couple having sex. it ruined our evening and i can only imagine how the couple gelt. my daughter was given a 20 dollar discount. that is not ok. my grandson is only 11. what if they had walked in on someone with a gun. doesnt staff know when a room is occupied?

Pros:

Staff allowed me to use the pool before 8am and I appreciated it a great deal. Thanks! Comfortable beds and quiet room.

Cons:

The eggs were rubber. We found other things to eat but good eggs are essential. I think the price is a bit high.

Did not get to check in until 830 pm becsuse the rooms were not available yet. Then, my shower had hair and a dirty wash rag in it. Was disgusting. I dont think they were staffed well at all.
