Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel

Cons:

Au vue du prix des 2 nuits passées : 330€.. ce qui est extrêmement cher pour un B&B je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. 175€ la nuit dans une chambre avec des murs dégueulasses, des boitiers de prises qui se déboitent, un trou de cigarette dans la couette.. des gamins qui hurlent dans les couloirs jusqu'à 22h sans que le personnel de l'hôtel ne dise rien .. ce n'est pas une auberge de jeunesse.. tous ces détails ne passent pas a 175€ la nuitée. Et en plus sans petit déjeuner. Cet hôtel est qui plus est en pleine zone industrielle avec rien d'intéressant autour il faut donc m'expliquer ce tarif ... Vraiment nous ne pouvions plus annuler donc nous sommes restés les deux nuits mais bien contents d'être repartis. Le personnel de l'hôtel était pourtant très agréable mais clairement cet hôtel est surcoté. Les photos parlent d'elles même. Et j'estime que le personnel doit intervenir lorsque des gamins hurlent et jouent jusqu'à 22h dans les couloirs.
Il faut revoir vos tarifs. A 175€ la nuit au minimum la chambre est propre !! Honteux.

Decent basic hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

Basic hotel, nothing special, but also nothing bad about it. Decent breakfast, big rooms and they could also offer us connecting rooms as a family of 4 so we could share as we wished.

Cons:

Checking in outside reception times was quite difficult and the hotel was far from the city centre

Comfy bed and a large room
Pros:

Reception were fantastically efficient and welcoming. Facilities were all good and the shower was warm and powerful. Bed was firm - great. Some noise from other guests but it’s an hotel! Perfect location for my meeting and a lovely walk into town along the river. Could do with having free public transport links as it’s a 40 min walk to Bolzano.

Lage ist halt außerhalb der Stadt, dessen muss man sich bewusst sein. Aber für uns hat es gepasst.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Gewerbegebiet, ca. 3 km weg vom Stadtzentrum. Es gibt dort keine Restaurants oder dergleichen. Die Umgebung ist dort nicht schön, man hat aber schnellen Anschluss an die Autobahn. Das Zimmer ist aber voll in Ordnung. Das Bett war super, wir haben super geschlafen. Frühstück ist nicht luxuriös, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt einen hoteleigenen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Für uns hat es genau gepasst. Wir haben das bekommen, was wir gebucht hatten.

Posizione molto comoda vicino al casello e parcheggio disponibile per gli ospiti. Camera pulita, bagno spazioso e comodo.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere migliorata la qualità della colazione, ma per un soggiorno di breve durata è più che ok
