Sehr gute Lage mit S & U & Strassenbahn

Sehr gute Lage nähe S Bahn Haltestelle München Moosach, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es extrem warm, ich hätte das Angebot für einen Ventilator annehmen sollen.
Kurz nach Buchung wurde mir angeboten, die Buchung zu stornieren, weil es keine Klimaanlage im Hotel gibt, aber Ventilatoren zur Verfügung stehen. In der Nacht war es natürlich dafür, dann zu spät. Selber schuld

Lage super, Check-in digital möglich und dadurch zu jeder Zeit Zutritt über Code sowohl zum Haus als auch zum Zimmer möglich. Muss aber vorher so kommuniziert werden!

The hotel is note bad at all but lacks for 2 relevant things: AC and where to eat.
Pros:

Located at the end of the U3, not bad to move across munich.

Cons:

Incredible that the hotel doesnt have air conditioning. I even asked several times for a ventilator and didnt get it. Under such conditions and the extreme heat within de room i had non resting night during my whole stay. The hotel should have a cafeteria and restaurant available.

Cons:

A falta de ar condicionado tornou a estadia muito desagradável(ainda por cima apanhamos a onda de calor), as camas faziam muito baralho ao mínimo movimento.
Na limpeza anunciada não foi feito nada. Apenas removeram o lixo e varreram! Deixaram os móveis cheios de pó e não fizeram limpeza nos wc’s, substituíram apenas as toalhas e tiraram o lixo! Na kitchenette nem uma torradeira tinha… tendo um folheto a dizer para solicitar na receção algum eletrodoméstico que precisássemos, quando o fiz foi me dito que só tinham para serviço do restaurante deles 🫪
Bastava estarem mais atentos ao conforto do cliente e faria total diferença.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Münih gelecekler için öneririz.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Oda büyüklüğü iyiydi. Mutfak gereçlerinin olması çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Odanın temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi. 4 gün kaldık, ancak 3. Gün için temizliğe geldiler. Ertesi sabah çıkacağımız için istemedik. Odaya girdiğimizdeki temizliği de iyi değildi.

Predivan hotel! Ne prevelik, opet dovoljno velik da ponudi sve što jednoj porodici treba na putu.
Pros:

Politika hotela je izuzetno prijateljska. Pića dobrodošlice, ljubazno osoblje.

Cons:

Nema klime u sobi, može biti malo toplije u letnjim mesecima, ipak, svakako bismo došli opet.
