Pros:

It's close to a S-Bahn and U-Bahn Station, and the place is very calm, located in a quiet area. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and the rooms have a small kitchen with microwave, sink and fridge, which is very useful. There is also a laundry to be used by an extra fee. The room is well ventilated with a small and nice balcony. The single room has a big bed, instead of a regular single bed, very comfortable, and this was a plus for me. Check-in and check-out were easy and smoothly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offer some drinks in the room as welcomes. It was a great stay.

Gerne wieder!!
Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer, sauber, Bad groß und be tolle Dachterrasse mit Ausblick! Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Cons:

Es fehlen Haken im Bad und im Schlafzimmer. Das habe ich auch schon mehrfach angegeben.

Pros:

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage und gutes Preis - Leistungs-Verhältnis

Cons:

Ausstattung in der kleinen Küche ist sehr spartanisch ( aber es besteht wohl die Möglichkeit sich in der Rezeption noch gewisse Dinge zu organisieren)

Modern facilities, great room and well located.
Pros:

Great location - 5 minutes from the railway station. Modern building, clean and tidy. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Very hard mattress. Stayed for 3 nights and room wasn't serviced or towels replaced. No air con.

Apartamento (equipado cocina con todo lo necesario y muy funcional)4 adultos de 10,por equipamiento,tamaño,limpio y cómodo

Muy bien comunicado,estacion Moosad con bus,tres y tranvía a 5 minutos
Dos supermercados a 5 minutos
Fácil aparcamiento en la zona,tranquila

Cons:

Falta aire acondicionado,a nosotros nos tenían ventilador muy bueno,pero días de mucho calor seguro hace falta AC

Relaksujący pobyt w spokojnej okolicy
Pros:

Hotel mimo, że jest oddalony od centrum jest zlokalizowany blisko metra. Połączenia są wygodne. Sama okolica jest bardzo spokojna i cicha. Wracałam w nocy sama z koncertu BTS i czułam się bardzo bezpiecznie. W drodze z metra do hotelu znajduje się EDEKA, w której można zaopatrzyć się w najważniejsze produkty. Obawiałam braku klimatyzacji, bo w czasie mojego pobytu w Monachium było 30 st. C. Przed przyjazdem poprosiłam o wiatrak, który już czekał w pokoju. Zasłony są na tyle zaciemniające, że pokój się nie nagrzewał. Okna otwierają się na oścież. W związku z powyższym, brak klimatyzacji nie był dla mnie problemem. Miłym akcentem były powitalne napoje, w tym lokalne piwo. W pokoju nie było czajnika, które zostało dostarczone w ciągu 5 min od złożenia prośby w recepcji. Przedłużyłam mój pobyt o jeden dzień na innej rezerwacji i pozwolono mi pozostać w pokoju. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, nie miałam żadnego problemu porozumieć się po angielsku.

Uwagi:
Check-in na tablecie. Jestem niską osobą i wypełnianie formularza na tablecie, który był wysoko zaczepiony było dla mnie bardzo niewygodne, szczególnie po długiej podróży.
Recepcja obsadzona jest do godz. 20 w dni robocze, a w weekendy do 18, co było dla mnie niecodzienne. Kilkukrotnie wracałam po tych godzinach i zawsze ktoś był zawsze w pogotowiu na zapleczu.
Na dachu brakuje parasoli, aby korzystać z niego w ciągu dnia.
