Ubicacion

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema el ultimo dia en la habitacion y en la recepxion se negaron a gestionarnos la reclamacion, con la excusa de que no estaba el manager.

El problema fue debido a que accedieron a nuestra habitacion ( no limpieza o mantenimiento) y nos encotramos habitacion revuelta y un vaper ( no fumamos) tirado en el cuarto de baño. Me parece una situacion bastante grave para no querer aceptar nuestra reclamacion. No recomendamos contratar el hotel por inseguridad y negligencia en personal turno noche en recepcion.

4 noites em budapeste.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, dá pra visitar os pontos turísticos td a pé. O café da manhã é muito bom, serve a todos os gostos. Funcionários muito educados. Os quartos são novos e chuveiro excelente.

Excellent location and wonderful hotel!
Pros:

Lovely stay! Breakfast was fantastic, room was great, location was excellent and the little basket in the guest toilet was a beautiful touch. Highly recommend!

Cons:

No kettle, tea or coffee in the room and the shower had a mirror in front of it and wasn’t separate from the room!

La estancia fue muy buena. La ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones muy prácticas y cuidadas. El desayuno variado y muy rico, con varias opciones para alérgicos.

Es gab kein Wasserkocher, kein Ruhiges Zimmer gekriegt, mein Nachbar waren so laut im Flur im Zimmer jede Nacht!!! Ich höre alles. Das Fenster ist nicht dicht. Es ist so kalt in der Nacht, es zieht schrecklich. Es gab kein Smart TV, konnte kein YouTube sehe, wie anderen gleichwertiges Hotel.
