Everything seemed very average in the morning though about 830. I could not get hot water through the shower at all.

There was no electricity in the room.
I contacted the front desk and waited 30 minutes, it was not taken care.
I called again and the response was not satisfactory and I requested to connect me to the manager.
She said she is the manager and she was so rude to me
