It was ok but i will not stay here again
Pros:

Location and friendly staff

Cons:

There was a reunion going on in the hotel so we couldn’t use pool and kids were running around everywhere and very nosey. I feel property should have advised us there would be a reunion taking place all day and night.

Pros:

The decor was nice. Lobby was nice.

Cons:

There was literally trash on the floor when I walked in. GUM ON THE AC. The conditioner was empty. There was hair and coins on the table.

Great Location, Great accommodations- will definitely be back!
Pros:

Breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone, and everything we tried was good!
The lobby and library were very nicely decorated, clean and spacious! The room was clean, bathroom was clean, the shower products were good- and when we asked for fresh towels and refills on conditioner we received them almost instantly! Staff was warm and welcoming, and location was extremely convenient!!!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent.
Pros:

Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was very close to the university Medical Center, where my family member was a patient during my stay.

Cons:

The parking lot closed at 10 PM and you had to buzz in or scrap your room card.

partly good, partly bad. I wish I could upload videos so we could show the swarm of flying ants

Water pressure was good in our second room

Cons:

our first room had extremely poor water pressure. We also had a swarm of flying ants in our room. We had to pack up and move in the middle of the night to a new room. Fortunately, the room we moved to had much better water pressure.
