I will not be back for the price charged terrible value. No tissue paper come ON!!!!!

They ran out of toilet paper, charged for parking, major water leak around shower door and is causing damage to floor.

Pros:

Room was clean, nice, and well kept. The breakfast was simple and yummy. Included cool spaces to work or take calls ie the library and lots of cool amenities, pool, laundry, library, lounge area, ect. Located right off the highway so easy to get to where your going.

Good stay.
Pros:

Coffee was great! Beds were comfortable. Nice workout space.

Cons:

Water pressure was poor in the bathroom sink. Floor by the AC unit was wet.

Definitely nice room but expected cleaner for the price.
Pros:

Nice staff. Very nice breakfast options. Room was nicely decorated and layout was nice.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. I had to wipe down the tables by the bed. They had spilled drink and water rings from previous people. Also had to wipe down the bathroom vanity because it hadn’t been cleaned well-hairs in sink and toothpaste marks. Parking is very minimal to where we actually did not have an available spot our second night.

Nice convenient location for a visit to TTU
Pros:

Stayed here for football game weekend and college preview. Walked to game from hotel across pedestrian bridge nearby. It was as close as some parking lots for the game. Staff here was very welcoming and helpful.

Pleased with our stay !
Pros:

We loved the location as it is close to TX Tech. The property was clean and offered breakfast.The hotel is pet friendly as well.

Cons:

We have a dog and being on the 5th floor was difficult.

Rooms were clean, quiet location.
Pros:

I like how clean the room was which is always a big plus. It was a non smoking floor so no smoke smell hallways were clean. It was quiet with only a few door slams, you would think hotels would make the doors close quieter.

Cons:

I was expecting more from the breakfast only because of the reviews, to me it wasn't any better than what La quinta and cheaper hotels offers. The lady Renee at the front desk seemed mad especially when we arrived. Not the welcome I expected from the reviews.
