They didn't give us sheets or blankets for the pull out bed for our grandkids even though we told and paid for them that they were coming. They didn't have enough parking for the guests, we had to double park and hope we wouldn't get towed away

Good lower priced place if you need to stay somewhere in the area.
Pros:

The bed was comfy, they supplied shampoo, body wash and conditioner. We liked that breakfast was provided and the guy did a good job trying to keep all the foods stocked.

Cons:

It would have been nice if there were 2 waffle makers at breakfast instead of just one. We could hear the people above us and their TV was pretty loud at night (around 11am). It seemed like they needed at least 1 more staff member at the feont desk as we had to wait multiple times with at least 3 people already waiting before we were helped. Some of the common areas & inside the elevator floor needed to be cleaned.

Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Everything else. Terrible bed, room not very clean, food (breakfast) was horrifyingly awful, no coffee available. Just terrible. I definitely will not book at Hampton again and I will reject any employees bookings with Hampton Inns. Absolutely horrible for the price.

Good location, clean rooms, adequate breakfast.
Pros:

The location is good — not far from Beaverton or Portland.
The room was nice and clean. Our only small comment here is that the bed is stupidly high off the ground and hard to get into.

Cons:

Breakfast (we were there for 3 of them) was disappointing. The kitchen seemed to be understaffed for the number of guests, so we had to wait for them to replenish the food and coffee and to clean the tables so that we could sit and eat. The food was OK, but we have had better breakfasts at other Hilton hotels (e.g. Tru)
