Clean facility, large comfort rooms, great breakfast and coffee service.
Bathroom door loud closing, and not sound-proof. Bathroom fan comes on extremely slowly. Bed a bit too firm for me. Pool was overcrowded with kids for hours…suggest sign-up times for groups larger than 5. Also maid service mid-stay forgot to resupply toilet paper, tissues, lotions
Room and Breakfast good.
The hot tub was broken and that was a major selling point to our choice
Sliding door to bathroom provided little privacy. Noisy room.

One blind was stuck and would not roll up.

The room wasnt ready at check-in, the front desk person did not inform us about the location of the pool or breakfast area and times. There was no towels in the pool area and when we asked about towels they said there was a towels shortage but still did not offer other towels. We stayed for two nights and on our stay over day the room was not cleaned when we were out? We did not return until after 2 PM and it was still not clean. We asked for towels to be exchange they said they would bring towels when they had some. When went to the pool and when we got back the new towels were there but only two bath towels when there was three of us. The food for breakfast was not great the only thing that was good was the waffles.
Front desk is very kind. The breakfast in the morning was better than I expected, standard continental breakfast just the bacon was extremely underwhelming.
