Disappointing experience – room was not as shown

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming or professional, and the check-in experience was poor.

Before we paid, we were shown a clean room with clean bed sheets, a good bed, and a clean mattress. However, after completing the payment, we were given a different room that was in a much worse condition.

The bed sheets were yellowish and clearly heavily used. The pillows were also yellowish and in poor condition, and the mattress was uncomfortable and needed replacement.

The shower head in the bathroom was broken and needed to be replaced. The main bedside lamp was also not working.

The swimming pool was also dirty and had visible dirt in the water.

What disappointed me the most was that the room shown to us before payment was much better than the room we actually received. This is not acceptable, especially when booking through Booking.com.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless the management significantly improves the cleanliness, room quality, maintenance, and customer service.
