Pros:

The hotel located at a good location (if want to access to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom Zhuhai or Macau Hengqing port). The room was spacious, clean. The area is very quiet, relaxing.
Very suitable for kids, there was a kids corner. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff.
But, due to I use this app, there were some technical error, and the staff took me about 1 hour to settle during check-out. We were late to Chimelong Zhuhai

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, and front desk. The room was clean and specious. Location is good, for access Chimelong Zhuhai or Hengqing port.
Breakfast is good, variety of choices.
Technical issue, due to we use oversea app to book. But it was solved. It had taken about 1 hour during check out.

Pros:

Suitable for family with kids. Spacious room, and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet.
Good location to access Hengqing port to Macau, and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. The hotel besides also a park for kids.

Pros:

房內有膠囊咖啡機！但是並沒有膠囊提供，只有一般粉狀即溶咖啡提供。即咖啡機只是擺設！前台有查詢是否有小孩，我跟職員說兩位小朋友分別兩歲及四歲，於是給我一紙袋裝住小童用品。回房後發現給我一雙小童即棄拖鞋及三把即棄牙刷。錯誤也並非不能接受，只是房價近二千的套房可以提供準確一點的服務吧！
