As someone with breathing issues the thermostat set to where it wouldn’t go below 70 degrees was a huge issue because it was hot I went to a new hotel called studio Reyes in Jackson and slept at a comfortable 65° all night and my total for the night was 120 bucks in a brand new hotel. I found that $165 for my room with Hampton at Lexington was very pricey and not to be able to stay cool and night so I probably want be staying here again

Definitely recommend staying here!
Pros:

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, wished we could have stayed longer but we’re traveling on a timeline. Definitely recommend!!

The Staff was very friendly. Sheila was so sweet. There was water, coffee and tea available for guests at all times. My room and the grounds were very clean!

NOT An Honest cancel Process
Pros:

First I tried to cancel the reservation on numbers times to no avail called the number that was given for cancellation no response called and talked to the persons on duty one lady said she couldn't find my reservation even though I had called the day before and that lady found my reservation but told me I could only cancel though Booking which I did on several times,NO ONE Answered and I started the cancellation process 6 Days in advance.I don't think this is Fair.NO body sent me any kind of email, saying that they got my information but they want to charge me.

I Didn't like how Dishonest this company is.
