Muy bonito pero con fallos importantes
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitacion y las instalaciones en general como el gimnasio, terraza, piscina. El personal es amable y correcto.
La rapidez en la respuesta a mi reclamación por haberme cargado de más en mi tarjeta de crédito.

Cons:

El acceso al parking era realmente incomodo y había que ir imaginando como salir o entrar.
Las llaves electronicas de la habitación dejaron de funcionar en varias ocasiones y a varios de los miembros de mi grupo.
El desayuno no fue una experiencia agradable. Para empezar desde que llegamos al restaurante hasta que empezamos a comer pasaron 30 minutos. Las opciones de desayuno eran limitadas y el personal disponible claramente insuficiente. Desde luego no es lo que esperaria de un hotel de esta categoria.
Finalmente, tras indicarme al hacer el check-out que estaba todo correcto con mi factura se me carga en la tarjeta una cantidad superior y cuando escribo para pedir explicaciones me indican que será un cargo adicional de mi banco en España por cambio de divisa. La diferencia era de unos $100CAD (62€) que es una cantidad desorbitada para un cargo de entorno a 475€.
Unos dias después ha aparecido el cargo correcto en mi tarjeta pero no ha desparecido el cargo incorrecto anterior.

Este error de cobro es de nuevo algo que no esperaria de un hotel de estas caracteristicas y que no ha ocurrido en ninguno de los otros hoteles que hemos usado en Canadá en este viaje.

Schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneten Lage.

Gerne wieder, jedoch ohne Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel verfügt über ein perfekt ausgestattetes Gym. Für mich das absolute Highlight.

Cons:

Das Frühstück würde ich beim nächsten Mal nicht buchen. Dem Essen fehlte es an Frische und dem Personal fiel es schwer die Tische abzuräumen, bzw. diese zu reinigen.
