Luxury hotel without shower curtain
Pros:

The proximity of the hotel and University of Iowa hospital is why we choose to stay at this hotel. The restaurant and bar food was good. Checkin and Checkout process was easy. Pool was nice tempature..

Cons:

Our room did not have a shower curtain and it was the traditional style bath tub. When I called down to the front desk to inquire if it should have a shower curtain, she said yes of course and brought one up.... It was tattered, which I was just grateful to have one and it be clean at this point but for the price of the hotel..... it seems like they could at least have a shower curtain.

This will be our “go to hotel” when staying in Iowa City!
Pros:

You can’t beat the hotel’s location if you’re using the U of I Hospitals and Clinics. It’s within walking distance. This hotel also has a free shuttle. The driver couldn’t have been more accommodating!

Cons:

Everything about our stay was perfect, beginning with Fernanda at the check-in desk.

Very nice and new facility and if I’d been traveling with someone else I would have gone to bar.
